When we think about plants, we don’t often associate a term like “behavior” with them, but experimental plant ecologist JC Cahill wants to change that.
The University of Alberta professor maintains that plants do behave and lead anything but solitary and sedentary lives.

What Plants Talk About teaches us all that plants are smarter and much more interactive than we thought!

wached the other day... didnt like it that much

I think, been that super actor he could have done better.... or maybe I donr get it... less is more???

Maybe just comes down to personal preferences... Dialogue is gigantically important to a film, and when it is missing (which can't be helped when it's about a dude on a solo sailing cruise), there will be many who feel that it is lacking. I thought it was pretty good. I was surprised by the ending, didn't expect that.

Regarding dialogue. The Human Centipede 2. Horrible film, but the actor who plays the main character was brilliant and he never says a word throughout the film, it's all just his face.

Both Human Centipede movies are free for streaming on Netflix, but I have been avoiding them. I... I.... I.... Ayecarumba, I don't scare easily, but for some reason just thinking about what happens in those movies freaks me out.

Is the first one worth watching?

Neither of them are particularly good films really. The 2nd one is a lot more gruesome but is also the better of the 2. There's nothing scary really, it's just a sick fuck in both cases. Mind you, I suppose that's the scariest thing, a sick fuck with a fantasy and the will to make it real.
There's a 3rd one on the way with a 500 person centipede.....

That's from the 2nd film. It is definitely a lot more gorey. That bloke playing Martin though, he's really good.

Currently watching "The East".

A chick working for a corporate security firm infiltrates a group which is targeting executives of corrupt companies and polluters.
