If I have 13 regular seeds of a certain auto strain and wanted to make seeds, how many of them should go on the bean spot?

All of them, or would it be sufficient with just a few?

Pick the biggest best looking male and whatever females you want seeded. Rub the male on the female hairs and that will pollinate the females. You only need one male. I used a one foot tall male to pollinate 6 females last summer.

Don't think I'll be seing the mails before I plant them out, around 2 weeks...?

I guess I could dig it up and move it?

If the breeder say 8-9 form seed to harvest, how long for seed?

2 weeks apart because if you have a male in your first run the females will be more prime for pollen on the newer girls vs the old ones.

I grew out the males and females at the same time last year. Once the females developed numerous hairs throughout the plant I rubbed the male on them. They were all pollinated and I ended up with give or take 800-1000 seeds.

Yeah. Get as many seeds as you can. Screw trying to get smokeable bud. If you get thousands of seeds you won't have to worry about buying them anytime soon. If you're worried about pollinating other plants then do what agito said. Start the rest of the plants two or three weeks after the ones you plan on seeding. By then, the other plants should be pollinated and all the remaining pollen should have been washed off by the rain. You're going to want to rub and shake the male on the females about three times. One you start to see the male pollen pods start to open it's safe to start shaking the male on the females. Do it once every two days and you will end up with a lot of seeds.
