Potassion K deficency causes...input needed

- I overlimed the soil (battling high Ph from the start wit really low Ph watering). Could too much lime did this?

Yes Calcium and Potassium compete for the same exchange sites. Not too much you can do at this point. Give them daily bits of soluble K, i'd suggest seaweed or kelp product.
