lol no relation to gorilla glue, totally different animal that came way before GG4.

You'll have better luck searching for "Guerrilla" Gold, plenty of info to be found using the search feature. It's an old outdoor strain, made for the northern most latitudes.

Its kind of confusing as they are both abreviated to gg, also there is guerilla gold 1, 2, 3 and 5, and gorilla glue 4, which is a totally unrelated strain?

Guerilla Gold is an early, outdoor strain. If memory serves, it's Amstel Gold, an early finisher x a semi auto/auto Afghani strain (don't qoute me, I'm going off memory). It was then inbred as I recall toward an early finishing plant.

Someone will come along to correct me if I'm wrong, but it's basically a "guerilla" plant that finishes early enough for northern latitudes. It has it's fans, but it's nothing special. It's good for and early crop.

Guerrilla gold low potency? Ive grown GG 2 and it was plenty potent, long lasting too,
Also GG5 x Chemo is very strong, and some of the stickiest stuff ever.

GG is (Kona Gold/Himalayan) X (Afghan/Mighty Mite).

I agree with Bart. The two batches of GG I grew were decent to say the least and finished by Mid Sept..at 41.5. I'll see if I can find some pics.
Rinse..I grew some GG x Sour Diesel that came out nice..I bet the GG x Chemo is a great early outdoor too.

Yeah I'd say that (assuming they were grown well) your buddy didn't either didn't have the real deal GG, or maybe had one of the different lines (2,4,5?). I understand some of the other lines were weaker in potency than #3.

GG#3 is solid. Early, potent, mold resistant, and an excellent yield considering the small stature. It did help with pain relief which was a bonus, but there are other indicas out there that work better for me. They stink too, although the smell and flavor were the downside for me. I didn't care for it, it reminded me of meat for some reason. I love a good steak but don't care to smoke it lol. Some of the GG hybrids out there are better I think, with different flavors. Haven't personally run any of the hybrids myself.

Miss some good outdoor herb, grown organic and in the beautiful sunlight. Something special about plants grown naturally... just that one step better that artificial cannot reproduce...

I agree with you Sourpuss. I'll take organically grown outdoor over indoor any day of the week. I realize indoor looks better ( if the Faberge egg look is your thing) but you just can't duplicate the sun. Sun grown pot is stronger..in my head anyway :)
