According to the law, I have less claim on my beloved niece than her crack head homeless mother, it makes me sick.

Hm... someone cheated me, I won't go into details, but let's just say, trust, which I value very highly, was betrayed utterly.

I have an utterly anonymous, annoying, but completely non-harmful way to gain revenge, their life would go on normally, they would just be quite annoyed on a daily basis and reminded of their bad behavior.

High road would be simply to move on, and in most cases I would, but in this particular case, because of the trust involved, I feel a gnawing, almost burning need for some form of payback.

The person refuses to communicate and negotiate any sort of settlement, even one that only consisted of a handshake and well wishes to both sides, so in the face of that disrespectful silence, is my hand not forced?

I cost EA Games 100k last year because they gutted a company that ran a game I like, during the Zombie Apocalypse I intend to be the bandit king of Denver, why should I hesitate at the thought of this?

man sorry to hear sooper. that sucks each time no matter how many times...
I am getting old and have been,, for years, the one to search and carry out penance, no matter how long it takes.
I have learned a greater peace comes from practicing the true forgiveness... that doesn't mean that they will have the same peace. but you will..
Believe me, it's not me.. but comforting in a different ying yang type way..

Im dealing with the same crackhead shit with my grand daughter. crazy what the 'law' believes a caring good family member can have so little say, compared to crackheads!!
It will all work out bro!

An activist in the making!!! I honestly look forward to our future generation. They will have such unique experience and perspectives moving forward. I only hope we don't leave them with too much of a mess to clean up.

This is awesome! I just arrived in CO. If there are folks in this group that have been on iCMAG for a long time then they might know me. I hope to get to know a few people out here. It is great to not have to worry so much about other things than growing!

Supposed to get a decent snow sometime over the next 24hrs! I think I'm going to slide in a final season boarding day or two early this next week. 4/20 week coming up. My oldest son turns 11 on Friday! Always lots of fun and festivities to be had in our lovely state. I'm pretty excited to go to the cup this year!

I accidentally posted this in another thread, the wrong thread, but I'd really like comment from CO growers, so here it is again-

Given the comments from fellow Coloradans, interest in outdoor growing from back yard gardeners is intense, to say the least. The bottleneck in that is... seeds.

Yep. seeds. They're still hard to get, particularly true breeding genetics suitable for outdoors in Colorado. Med seeds can only be produced by licensed growers, same for retail, and they've shown little interest so far. It's easy to see why, but that doesn't change the idea that it needs to be done to support the legalization effort.

It's sometimes difficult to see that Colorado's personal growers are part of a much broader ideological struggle- not just with prohibitionists, but with commercial suppliers, as well. It's not in the interests of commercial suppliers to offer us such seeds, for us to become largely independent of the market. OTOH, it's in our interests for cultivation to become so widespread, so common, so everyday that going back to prohibition is simply impossible. Outdoor growing solidifies that in ways that indoor cultivation can't match, simply because a lot more people will do it if they can.

What to do? Obtain suitable genetics, grow for seed, and *give them away*. To friends & family. To friends of friends. To people who'll disseminate them even further, our friendly grow shop people. To complete strangers at suitable events like the annual 420 rally here in Denver.

In some weird way that I can't explain, I see it as an obligation of sorts, the flip side of the opportunity we now have. Very widespread personal small scale outdoor cultivation will totally cock-block any and all future prohibitionist efforts. When there's at least one outdoor patch on every block in the Metro area & elsewhere throughout the State, we'll have changed the culture in an irreversible way. That's the whole point, isn't it?

By this time next year, I intend to have free seeds for anybody who wants them. Lots of seeds, true breeding varieties suitable both indoors & out. What other people do with them is not really my business. I'm just providing the possibilities, along with proper attribution to the original breeders. I wouldn't do it if their seeds were available here at the retail level, a level where potential growers could obtain them in an entirely legal & comfortable fashion.

What say you, fellow Colorado growers? Who's with me? How nuts am I?
