Papaya f2 dwc grow

Wuddup IC?! She's just doing her thang. I cleaned up the undercarriage a little. Bumped ppm to 860 last changeout and she is still dropping it daily but slower. im right where she is drinking and eating roughly the same which is where i like to be only topping off with plain water but i also changeout more frequent than most. Im seeing alot of sativa influence during flower with her this run very long slender leaves the most recent grown in. Should be interesting.

Sup dilly? Not shit been suffering some heat stress as the light is now maxed out. I have had to supecrop a few of the branches but she has responded very well. She is still getting to hot in the hot spot right under the bulb but she isn't suffering to bad and i will weigh her down as necessary. I wasn't expecting this stretch with her especially with a 16 day veg i had the same problem last grow with a 23 day veg but a totally different setup. So one week next time. I am also fairly new to dwc and just can't believe the growth after the flip. 12/12 from seed would probably give good results. This has to be a sativa leaning pheno though i know this is my first time with her in dwc but have never seen her stretch so much....................i know dude, i was there.

Sup ic! I would like to get a few opinions. As a grower nowhere near any of these elite clones i have always grown from seed but have just recently ran into the rare occasion of acquiring some but run my small grow and will only get one cut out of four choices and maybe look further into bonsai moms. But the choices are white widow, golden goat, the white, and 707 headband. Any opinions on the four? Ive done research on the ones i knew little about and am really leaning towards the white or the goat.

Looking nice! I have been growing Papaya since November 2012 as my first strain. I abused my plants horribly----through ignorance at first, then through selective methods like LST, cropping, and now supercropping. I had been growing it under a single 400W hps along with 5 other plants (at times WW, Fat Hippy [deadhead OG x pineapple chunk], and now AK-47] in pro-mix. Recently stepped up my space (a 5'x8'x8' grow box) and added a second 400W hps. I am dying to try DWC but am very nervous since I don't want to fuck up my perpetual harvest of pulling two plants every 4 to 5 weeks depending on the trichs. I'm reallly leaning toward trying DWC for flower, having "experimented" with it by making a 3 1/2 gallon bucket with a shitty econo two-port pump and a large soda can style air stone and the neoprene collars for the clones. Your thread has made me even more interested.

TLDR:

Sorry for the bio but I wanted to ask you if you would put up a 12 week feeding schedule that you used to get this. I'm very impressed and no matter what, from one Papaya grower to another, well done!

Hey spk thanks for the kind words. Im sorry though as i really don't have a set feeding program. I kinda just go res change to res change and feed according to how she reacted throughout the week and how much and how fast she drops ppm. I feed on the lite side and feel like im always behind what the plant wants but eventually ill hit her sweet spot and hold it there until i see her start to slow down eating (where im at now, week six) and slowly drop my ppm until the last 7 to 10 days when ill plain water flush. Here she is week six. Pics are really bad its so tight in there now. Ill get a couple lights out soon and some pretty good ones at chop.

Dontstep-thanks for chiming in about the clones. I went with the white and the goat. He said the widow wasn't anything special. I actually was able to sample the cuts flowers and really enjoyed the golden goat. Sativa dom very upbeat buzz with hardly any stretch in flower and thought it was perfect for my setup. And well kromes the white is pretty legendary and just feel very lucky to be able to get ahold of such genetics. Here they are a little beat up from there journey but i think they'll be just fine.

right on dilly. I can understand that----each plant will vary as to how efficient it can utilize of the nutes--- that is like a "lightbulb" in my head, thanks. I am gathering the $ to switch DWC in a month or so. I have been watching hygrohybrid's videos on youtube, and was wondering how my strain would flower out. That's how I came across this thread and you just gave me the confidence to run with it. Thanks, will be hanging around throughout this grow.

Well i completed the mother/clone box not a huge space but i think it will be ok for bonsai moms well if they make it. I have seen some new growth and when i received the clones they were pretty beat up and barely had roots out of the 1.5 inch rockwool and the roots it did have were in bad shape brown and dead with a few live ones so im hoping she has just been putting her energy into root development hoping they take off soon. This is my first time with clones and would like to hear some feedback. Do they look ok? Just recovering? It has only been 6 days since i received them and planted into the pots. Heres a couple of the papaya as well just about 7 weeks.

Day 51. Snapped a couple at lights out. Dropped ppms to 550 and will let her continue to drop it replacing with plain water until this weekend and then change out with plain water until she's ripe. Im thinking 9 weeks give a little maybe. Well see.

Hey guys i pulled the papaya a little early in order to try and bring "the white" from the brink of death. I just really am not the best growing in soil. Both of white clones have been in there for about a week now And have just taken off. Ill prob go ahead and start a new journal on them. Heres a few of the harvested papaya and a pic of the clones. Thanks all who took the time to check out and comment on the grow. Stay tuned for the white!!

Much appreciated. The aroma is still quite "green" but im getting a tropical rotten fruit smell coming through more each day. Well I've been doing lots of research on the white reading alot of good info but man there is quite a bit of drama surrounding it. I mean im not even sure it is the white that's just what i was told but really don't think someone would lie as i didn't pay anything and its an older clone but i really don't want to throw up a "the white " title as a thread and quite possibly get an internet beat-down so ill just post a few pics here along the way. I lst her yesterday and flipped the switch today so it'll be kinda short anyway.
