6500-6800 for the best shatter... thats in Humboldt and Mendo..
Not getting that ticket in 'The City Of Concentrates'(PDX) any longer, prices have dropped down to around 5800-6K a unit. At least the people and clubs Ive heard about that are paying $$$...

I just came from Los Angeles... Brutal, is all I can say. I had golden crumble, off-white honeycomb from OG's that was so gorgeous, stable amber glass and, even some darker honeycomb that I was asking a pittance for and I couldn't get any play. I was asking 8 bucks a gram for the darker and 12-14 for the really good stuff. Went to a ton of clubs. They're just totally overloaded. Sad, really, 6 months ago golden crumble was going for 8 g's a unit. Still, one mustn't give up hope

prices VARY.. up here ive seen it go for 10 a g.. for brownie mix nasty shit.. and 30 a gram for straight up clean shatter.. but.. as we speak.. the newest batch.. I get 40 a gram at wholesale. just because of the way it looks and tastes and how it doesn't make you cough ur ass off.. and my guy sells it for 75 a gram.. all day long.. a few states away from me lol...
basicly.. I had 3 friends come over with there bho.. and then had mine out.. labeled them.. with prices.. and asked him what he could get for each one.. once he saw glass he said ill take that one.. and gets rid of half grams for 40 and fulls for 75 .. so it ends up.. the middle man is making more then the grower .. ONCE AGAIN LOL.. he doesn't have BUTANE COSTS.. VAC CHAMBER COSTS.. VAC PUMP COSTS.. and the hours of labor.. ordered my chamber an vac.. got a 3 gallon chamber.. and a 6cfm stage 2 pump.. also got a 3cfm single stage for a backup.. all together.. I paid 120 for the 3 gallon chamber.. 130 for the 6cfm.. and 60 for the 3 cfm.. so 310 for a decent setup, aint bad.

I cant see how it would make financial sense to convert a product into less of a different product unless there is a much better margin in the new product.
Do distributors use trim? Do they grow plants exclusively for BHO?
Is it that concentrates are easier to sell than dried flowers?
I dont have the capacity to produce enough to make selling it worth it. If i did sell it, i wouldnt sell it for less than $50/g.
Not common around here with the general smoking public. I have actually had trouble giving it away!

I'm in the uk and concentrates are not really that well known but you can pay between £60-£100 depending on quality and type of concentrate.
I see the same sort of prices out in Amsterdam.

here on van isle it goes from 6-7 hundred an o but have heard of prices as high as 900 and thats on a bulk scale now i am quite sure i saw a site in canada that is selling it for 89 a g which is stupid considering their product is dark and cooked prolly high in cbd's which is good for cueing just about anything but lots of thc wasted
In my area any amount of hash or concentrates goes from 1 to 15 years in jail.

What really grinds my gears...
Oils labeled ” Shatter” that is clearly goop.
Poorly made budder, labeled Honey comb..
The list could go on and on..
Why I haven't bought anything from a dispensary in a very long time.
However, I do work with one collective that I help with their concentrates..
This is one of three dispensaries in the whole city that I would trust.
Some of these unscrupulous dispensary owners should be forced to smoke some of the BS that they push on to their” patients”..
Bet ya they wouldn't..even if you paid them..lol
I know way too many former warehouse growers, that tell me the ” dirty secrets” happening behind closed doors.

Where I live in a Non-med state- $40-$50 per g made from outdoor trim. Somewhere close to me dudes are selling oil made from beasters for ,ready......wait for it...... $100 a g. Shit is black and looks like garbage. Hence why I make my own.

I Think its GREAT that the TOP BEAUTIFUL stuff is going 60-100 where the shitty brown baby poo is going for 3-10 bucks. I appreciate that it is clear on what is good and what isnt. I'm lucky enough to read thru my shatter so there is no problems there
