I'm no legal guru but...if fire, mould, abuse were / are the issues, then why can't the fact that HC didn't implement an inspection system be brought up in court?

As far as I know, this was part of the defense. I believe it was stated that if the government had done there part with inspections, electrical problems, environmental(mold & mildew) problems, and abuse would have been under control.

Ah I was hoping for some proper ass whooping for the Con guys mould and electrical wiring dangers will bring down gods furry on us all but the Liberal guy was too fast to hit the election button. The woman was on a roll but this was just a bs interview to get more viewer numbers instead of proper debate.

So all the gov has is mould, electrical problems and smell holly fuck how about you inspect any house that is 30 years old.

Now regarding "organized crime" doing grow rips. LoL 2012 had 30K break and enters in BC alone http://www.pssg.gov.bc.ca/policeservices/shareddocs/crime-statistics.pdf

So having a home is a danger to yourself from being robbed, raped or murdered.

If a safety pressident is set, then...

"AWAY WITH ALL THE OWNING OF HOUSES, FOR SAFETY REASONS ONLY BIG CORPORATION WILL BE ALLOWED TO OWN HOUSES"...this will make it safe for all concerned.
[This message has been paid for by the Conservative party of Canada.]

:laughing:hahaha...what a backward way of thinking...

This(SAFETY) is the reason for inspections Mr. Harper.

Peace...B

"From John Conroy. Urgent that those who have "possession" ATP expiry before March 21 should get an authorization from their doctor under reg 53 of the Narcotic Control regs to the same effect (dosage) to cover them if they still have valid Ppl/DG September30,2013.I think Health Canada is correct in their interpretation and we will need to consider trying to fix this on cross appeal."

So what form does the doctor have to sign? Is this one of the old forms B1/B2 or new ones?

I think it means go get a note from your doctor on certified paper with the doc log/info in regards to sec 53 authorization. Stating that cannabis is your meds and what dosage. could be wrong just my guess...

Well I talked to Dr Mussell and he will sign a prescription for a dispensary. They said find out which dispensary you want to go with and he will sign it. At this moment I have no idea if this is what Conroy meant or what.

Just got off the phone with Allison from Health Canada.

The website as of April 3rd states we have to destroy our medicine.
The website as of April 3rd states the repeal is effective as of March 31, 2014.
The answering service also clearly states the MMAR has been repealed.

How ever Allison assures me they will be changing the web information, some time in the future, just not now????? WTF
I also explained my worries about misinformed RCMP officers arresting patients.
She had no advice other than keep your paperwork.

Seems they have time to file for an appeal but don't have time to change words on a website that cause mass confusion.

150grams is all I can carry on me outside the home.
My storage quantity stays the same.

She told me if I want I can send in my letter of attestation. But it is no longer required.
Then I asked her why would I do that then. She had no answer.
She said that they will not be informing law enforcement if we do not send in our letter of attestation.

2 points here Outdoordreams,.I have soo many questions,. I just emailed Conroy but dont expect a response.

I had a DG,. so I had to go pick it up off him once a month, I am (or was) allowed just over a pound in pocession. Well question is I have to leave my house to go get it,. thus breaking the 150 mark,. how else am I gonna get it? Did somebody invent Teleportation while I was pre-occupied with all this bullshit from Harper?

Second point is just that,.. ahh fuck it,. Im stoned,. this hash i made out of bud is stellar,...hopefully we get some answers soon

Most likely because they hope to win the appeal and won't have to change the website.

Please go to the link below, read it, then call everyone you know and tell them what it said or give them the link...There are lots of patients assuming they are good to go and they are NOT!!!

Your DG stores your meds, all you are allowed to possess is the amount on ATP or 150g, whichever is less.
As for how you get your meds - you should be receiving a monthly package with the amount you are authorized to posess.

you just make three trips, of 150 grams, = 4 grams less than a pound.

"The injunction does not topple or void the new system; on the contrary, the new commercial growing system is still legitimate. The injunction simply allows the old system to continue at the same time for a while, until the matter goes to court (which could take years)" - See more at: http://www.nhpconsulting.ca/blog/marijuana-court-injunction#sthash.SW1y83tP.dpuf

This is from my email. If the judge that ordered the Injunction meant that 'allows the old system to continue at the same time', Health Canada should take my address change, issue new documents to new patients, etc. etc. and carry on until they hear further. They are clearly not doing this at all!

I've contacted Do No Harm in Kelowna and MCRCI in Vancouver (where I got two licenses) and no replies from both for days. I'd imagine they might be swamped but a quick we'll get back to you shortly would go a long ways.
