hey all,. Im new to the site,. and relatively new to the community. I am just wondering about other Canadians in the same situation as me,. and hope I get some feedback please.

I have a 79 plant license that I farmed out to a Designated Grower. We complied with Health Canada's order to shut down by the Mar. 31st date. Now that the injunction is on, as Im sure you all know, I have nobody to report an address change to or more importantly set it up legally so that I can just do it myself.

Whats the consensus people? Everyone just going to do it anyway?

Appreciate any input.

Well good news is the SCC judge says you can grow if your LP/DG license was good past Sept 30 2013. Bad news Health Canada is interpreting the judges orders to benefit themselves and the licensed producers and now are saying you can only grow if you License to Posses was valid past March 21 2014.

So in other word the pateints are left with w WTF do I do????? ?? ???? ???

Well good news is the SCC judge says you can grow if your LP/DG license was good past Sept 30 2013. Bad news Health Canada is interpreting the judges orders to benefit themselves and the licensed producers and now are saying you can only grow if you License to Posses was valid past March 21 2014.

Mine IS,. was good till end of May'14,.. Ive moved 3 times during the year, never once told Health Canada I did so,..my real issue is do i keep growing somewhere else now? Just do it myself? My DG shut down the place listed with HA, and now doesnt want to do it for me anymore. I Can't be the only one in this situation,. afterall there are almost 38,000 of us now?

Hey, I feel your pain. from what i understand they will not allow any address changes, even for DG's who were using another address and want to move it, even back home, for whatever reason. I will probably call them near the end of the week after they start to figure out what is going on and ask... until then, everything i hear is no address changes at all.

Hey, I feel your pain. from what i understand they will not allow any address changes, even for DG's who were using another address and want to move it, even back home, for whatever reason. I will probably call them near the end of the week after they start to figure out what is going on and ask... until then, everything i hear is no address changes at all.

will do,. they dont say anything except a robotic program dictated by Harper anyway. One can't move? especially after those letters all growers got (breaching security)?, and the fact most of us complied with the order to shut down Mar.31st anyway?

so again I wonder,. what law would I be breaking? Is there one? Punishable by what means? I am swaying in the direction of being a Martyr on this issue,.. I have to,.. I can't and wouldn't pay 15$ a gram straight up anywhere ever.

those who complied were not thinking...I'll grow my meds govt' authorized or not...its my life, and I'll live it the way I want/need to...as long as my neighbors are not negatively impacted.....no judge in this country will allow charges to proceed simply because of the cluster-fuck that HC built....I'll not exceed my ticket #'s but I will grow...

They are trying to appeal this so they may still get a second smack down by the judge.

Call health Canada Rememebr to get their name and employee id number and then recorded that info in a safe place then proceed to say this "my license ends on ( what every date it says on your PPL or DGL ) and say "Am I still able to grow I seen something on the news that said I am" ...... Then go on and ask if they are accepting renewals or new applications . When they tell you they are not then hang up and go about your business and when you move or take over the DGL and switch it to PPL do so casue that employee of HC told you that they wherer not accepting new paper work and if you get busted tell them you thought you could casue you where talking to so and so at HC . and your understanding was that you didn't have to inform HC .

The judge was from the Federal court, not the Supreme court!
