how do I hang up the Phresh filter at the top of the tent?

there we go, I live in an apartment so i'm trying to minimize smell to nothing.
I plan on having separate carbon filters throughout the apartment.

haha, what is it missing?
i use o-rings & rubber straps to hang fans, should work for smaller carbon filters.
some surgical tubing can work too
