Most Canadians who use MJ have common sense to not buy from the LP's at black market prices. Its a cannabis culture thing where most had no intention to buy from the gov so they wanted to grow their own. Ontop of that who the hell bought from the gov anyways? Very tiny amount of people who smoked very little. These are the people who will buy from the LP's very small amounts who only buy grams here and there.

From the sounds of it the gov either get their shit together and do a proper system once and for all or there's a good chance they'll get a whoop ass at the supreme court.

Yes will have to wait for proper break into lamens terms by the lawyers but so far anyone whose license expired after Sept 31st 2013 is grand fathered in for the PPL. The Authorization To Posses has been changed to 150grams. Will have to see how that works with what is in the house growing weight wise.

Are you sure this only applies to people with liscense expire after September 31 as the couple that rep the coalition had moved due to affordability casue buy her medical condition and HC said they couldn't relocate as it was after September and their DG license expired and was past the date .

People are making this way to difficult to understand it's not rocket science go to the MMAR coalition page on FB it clearly states that the only thing that is changed is the amount of meds you can carry on you wen out side your home it's 150g now everything else stays the same production and production storage amounts don't change again guys don't make it difficult if you were lisences to grow your covered under the injunction it's not hard to find info with a little research

So we're all basically good, unless someone unfortunately switched to MMPR. I was almost going to go that route but stopped in case it compromised my MMAR. My hope is that it's grandfathered and stays this way forever. It should... we should have never had to renew each year.

From what I've been told the MMPR guys had to let their PPL expire before they were given the final MMPR one.
