A documentary called, "Ethos." Narrated by Woody Harrelson. Presents a case that our world is being manipulated by monied interests, and does so quite convincingly.
This would certainly fit under the heading "conspiracy theory." I've never denied the possibility of conspiracies, just wanted good solid evidence in support of the conspiracy being considered. This movie has many interviews with people that are well known thinkers, and people who were directly involved in the corporate world that is pulling the strings. Not a bunch of people who you've never heard of making outlandish claims. A very strong case is made that we the people have much to worry about going forward.
The movie is only a tad over an hour, well worth your time. And here it is on youtube:

It is CGI...and I almost turned it off because of it... but, it's some of the best CGI I've ever seen and it becomes more realistic about twenty minutes in. I'm sold on this guys CGI...I've already googled to see what else he's got..... trying to find "Space Pirate Captain Harlock".....
