she roots pretty easily , but i wouldn't go much past the first 2 weeks in flower to grab cuts .... the reveg afterthat time frame can be a bitch & so can getting them to root .
Duly noted.
KC just wait a week or 2 and you can take cuts before flowering, whats 2 weeks going to hurt ? more bud for you and fresh cuts for a mom or two
The thing is I already flipped to 12/12 a couple days ago. When I received the cut, my og's were already getting out of control and they're still going to stretch 2-3x so I had to flip asap. I vegged the gorilla glue for a bit over a week and it has 4 or 5 nice side branches, so I'm hoping to at least get a few cuts before it starts budding.
if you just fliped them 2 days ago you can toss her back in veg
papaduc also has a great threat on taking cut up to chop time...ck it out...i am 100% on cuts this way...but they do have to go through the reveg too..djIf the cuts you take now don't root for whatever reason, you can take more. There's no cut off point in flower when a cutting won't take root. The only thing you've got to factor in is that a cut taken from a fully flowering plant will have to re-veg for a couple of weeks before it starts to grow properly again. But it will.
Edit: I've just read more of your posts and see your cut is 5". I'd grow it bigger before flowering it so there's more clone stock if something goes wrong with the first cuts.
