THE BILL IS DEAD!!!

THE BILL IS DEAD!!!

Good news, it looks like we have won for now!

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - A move to overhaul the state's medical marijuana system is likely dead in the Legislature this year after negotiations got bogged down over a push by House Republicans to divert a share of potential tax revenue from the state's new recreational system to cities and counties.

Sen. Ann Rivers, a Republican from La Center who sponsored Senate Bill 5887, said Thursday that the bill was doomed by "immovable positions" on that issue.

that's great news for all the people it would have affected adversely ,maybe some one had a heart after all and saw the states getting all the recreational taxes thru the permitted dealers why did the medical users need to suffer .it will not affect what sales take place in the recreational domain of Washington and only create problems for everyone involved in the medical end there plus put a huge burden on the police to and others who would have to inspect and regulate medical gardens. don't forget its not over yet as long as some greedy liar of a poltical stripes thinks they smell a way to ring a few more dollars out of pot aloha cls

I have mixed feelings. I'm a patient grower in Washington state. I was hoping for a rise in prices related to this proposed change in law. I suppose keeping my current limits is a better deal.

Dude I don't know you. Apparently you are afflicted with some sort of personality disorder. Therapy and medication might be helpful to your unfortunate situation. Since when is it greedy to make a living? I work very hard and have invested my life into this industry. Pardon me....

Its clear from your statements that your in it for only the money. You want patients rights taken away so you can profit more. I am not misunderstanding you at all. Choose a diff living if you can't bring compassion to the table with ur medicine.

Make more money lmfao

Exactly what I've been preaching brother! Now is the time to take control.

We need a law that protects our right to grow as well as protect our patient / doctor confidentiality. The beauty of our law versus all other state laws is that it maintains that confidentiality. No state goons charging me bureaucratic fees to check up on me. Just me and my doctor. The way it should be.
