Using BioAg Ful-Humix

http://www.bioag.com/images/Ful-Humix_FAQ_Garden_Fulvic_1-22-14_LR.pdfHello ICMag community, :tiphat:

Just curious if anyone out there is using this product and if so, how?
From what I gather, 1/8-1/4tsp per gallon is the one and only way to use it, but I'm curious as to whether or not I can use it with some Algamin Kelp Meal, to create a foliar spray that I can use?

Any help, advice, or guidance in regards would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for all and any input.

Also, here's some pertinent info that I managed to come across via BioAg in regards:

Great stuff, I prefer it over the fulpower.

You can definitely use it with some kelp meal.

I'd let the kelp sit overnight in a glass of water, then add the ful humix as your about to spray. Just remember its teaspoon not tablespoon.

Thanks bigshrimp :good:

I was thinking of using the Algamin Kelp Meal to the tune of 1 1/2tsp per pint(16oz). How does that sound?

I try and mix up as little as possible when I make a foliar spray since I often end up using only about half of it anyways, and having to throw the rest out.

And you say to let the kelp sit in a glass of water over night and then add the Ful-Humix just before I foliar, can I ask why to do it this way, versus letting the two sit together over night?

Thanks again in advance :tiphat:

Dissolution.

That's why you soak the kelp overnight. Agitation will also help.

The ful-humix is highly soluble so it doesn't need any added time.

Good stuff, a little goes a long way.

Thanks Rasputin,

Kelp Meal soaking, and it will do so for about 23 hours prior to use.

I went with 1tsp per pint.
Since I'll be adding the Ful-Humix to that pint, I'll literally use just a dash(pinch between the pointer finger and thumb) of it.

My final question for you guys is do you guys think it would be ok to water with the BioAg Ful-Humix on Saturday, even tho I'll using a dash of it tomorrow night just before lights off with the Kelp Meal foliar?

If I had to guess I would think that it should be fine, but I've never used this stuff before and I just want to be safe with it.

Thanks in advance :tiphat:

I just noticed the price of VAM has almost doubled, won't be using this shit anymore. I never really noticed that much of a discernible difference using it anyways, just thought I'd come and bitch I hate when prices get jacked up.

If you're using it as a foliar go lighter than their suggested dose is my suggestion. BioAGs products are good and strong.

Edit: Didn't realize hiding had bumped this. As for the price of VAM going up - it's a good mix but does contain mycos that cannabis can't use. There are more specific cheaper options for myccorhizae.
