here is a guide to sunrise sunset times...
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/astronomy.html?n=803&month=3&year=2014&obj=sun&afl=-11&day=1

I was planning on putting plants out real real soon, my question is would it be necessary to pull plastic or can I get away with not pulling until the end of march? I figure if light time is anything under 13 hours then it would most likely stay in flower, but to be safe I was going to start at around 12 1/2 hours. Thoughts? Experience? Thanks!

We put out a spring crop about this time last year, expecting to start bloom immediately under the current amount of light..NorCal. They just sat there for almost two weeks until we started covering 12/12. The increasing light messes with initiation, I think.
