Steins;Gate

"The microwave is a time machine. Okarin proved it. The self-anointed mad scientist nuked bananas into some gelatinous version of the future. Or maybe it was the past. Doesn't matter. No one thought he could do it, but he did it anyway. He sent text messages through time to people he knew. To his friends. Some of them female. Pretty. He should have been more careful. He should have stopped. Tampering with the time-space continuum attracts unwelcome attention. Clandestine organizations of nefarious origins take notice. SERN. Always watching. Okarin knows; he can feel their eyes. That s why he started the top secret Future Gadget Lab. To stop them. You should join. We get to wear lab coats, and it's dangerous. Danger is exciting because it's deadly. The microwave is a time machine. Steins;Gate is a surreal viewing experience that s an absolute must watch for all fans of sci-fi. According to Anime Vice, ''It's like somebody taped an episode of The Big Bang Theory over a copy of Donnie Darko.'' "

gonna go watch me some NYPD Blue on my Amazon Prime Video, I joined Amazon Prime for the free 2 day shipping to my remote location, beats the hell outta me not finding exactly what I want when I go shopping & then paying too much for what I do find instead.

Anyway, my Prime account came with a video package like NetFlix, lots of free stuff but still having to pay for the cream of the crop movie selections. I'll watch the free shit :)

Documentary movie, called "Searching For Sugar Man."

From Rotten Tomatoes: "Searching for Sugar Man tells the incredible true story of Rodriguez, the greatest '70s rock icon who never was. Discovered in a Detroit bar in the late '60s by two celebrated producers struck by his soulful melodies and prophetic lyrics, they recorded an album which they believed would secure his reputation as the greatest recording artist of his generation. In fact, the album bombed and the singer disappeared into obscurity amid rumors of a gruesome on-stage suicide. But a bootleg recording found its way into apartheid South Africa and, over the next two decades, he became a phenomenon. The film follows the story of two South African fans who set out to find out what really happened to their hero. Their investigation leads them to a story more extraordinary than any of the existing myths about the artist known as Rodriguez."
