Hey people. Thought i'd pop in and say hello before having a read through the forums.

My name is Jon. I'm originally from the UK, but have been traveling around Spain for the last 11 years with my wife.

I've been doing a crop or 2 a year for the last 10 years, indoor and outdoor. I'v grown Skunk No1, Super Skunk, Critical Mass, White Widdow, Blue Cheese which were all good quality. I have grown sativas also, but never got the quality of the sativas that I tried in Amsterdam.

I plan to play to with the ph ranges this year with an outdoor grow of a 100% sativa to see if I can figure it out this time, along with our normal 6 plant grow, as it is is legal to grow 3 plants per person for personal use.

I look forward to reading the forums here and meeting you guys here.

But, that statement you posted sounds actually strage to me (a spaniard here bro, pura cepa castellana)

Is it legal to grow 3 plants? Well, maybe in your area (Ibiza) is tolerated by authorities, but IT´S NOT LEGAL growing cannabis in Spain. Even they were only 3 plants, the police officer will cut them dowm, and you´ll have to cope with a Court to determine if the marihuana was for your own and personnal use or for trafficking. It all will depend at that moment of the Judge you get at the Court, and the lawyer you have.

So, be careful bro. Its super easy to grow fine weed (both hyb or satis) here in Spain, but its not legal. Im sure.

I'v have 2 poker accounts. After alot of reading and poker learning I managed to turn 50 pounds into 6k in the UK. And Turned 100 into 2k on Paradise Poker in spain. I'm going to be paying a coach soon to get me ready for the 200 euro+ games. I'v been lucky in a couple of them, but have to learn alot to get to the level of the top players in these games. As for the law over here: In Spain it is illegal to buy and sell cannabis. It is also illegal to consume or posses cannabis in puplic places.
There is no law for cultivation or smoking in your home making it Alegal, and 3 plants in the eyes of the police here would still be classed as personal use.
This is the reason so many Private Cannabis Clubs are able to function over here. You pay your monthly membership, give your name and details and I assume they assign some plants to you or some how use the loophole communily.
I suppose if they wanted too they could say they have reason to believe you are selling, and come take them away, but if not sellin you would still be within the law..

The State Finances are really poor as you know, and even for a low number of plants you can be fucked up with an enoremous fine.

Just had a read, looks like they were screwed. I suppose it's like you say, it depends on alot of factors.

Crazy tho, how people with a good lawyer here can open up a Cannabis Club with loads of plants, and some cant even get away with 1 plant, it was a big bloody plant tho..

Lol great story I miss my first times like that... Used to make me feel like a giant satellite dish....thought I heard everything... To funny....."skunk" I think the BBC thinks its still 1977. Thx for sharing buddy..most all non famous Americans lost their money that day.

I miss playing poker. I played everyday before Full Tilt got shut down in the states. I miss it badly! It was great supplementary income. Playing at local casinos sucks! long drives and tough rings. I miss the huge full tilt tournaments the most.
