'I'm Going To Prison For Working At A Pot Shop That Was Legal In My State'

From the DEA press release:.
One of the two marijuana growing operations was a large-sophisticated indoor warehouse on Vickie Lane in Stockton which was set up and managed by codefendant Robert Duncan. Stockton Police Officers responded to a burglary-in-progress call on October 4, 2011, and found over almost 2,000 plants growing and a dozen workers inside trimming the finished product

:noway: So..what happened to the "perps" breaking in "in progress?" Hmmm, that doesn't smell TOO crooked, right? F these lying asses. Classic crooked cop routine. "respond" to a "call" and VOILA no warrant bust! This state has become a quagmire of legislation, regulation, and all around BULLSHIT. This guy is going to PRISON for "becoming too big" "knowing they were in violation of fed law??" How exactly did he know that? Esp when Holder, Obammer, et all said " We WON'T be going after those in compliance with the law"

I for one hope the revolution comes SOONER than later. I'm stocking up for me and mine and would WELCOME a huge change in this Commie, Nazi state I reside in. It's long been time for all the politicians and pencil pushers to be sent packin'. I hope this guy does ok and make it thru alright.

2000 thats alot. lol

"We hired lawyers from day one. We were entirely compliant with state law. It was shortly after the federal government said it would not intervene if people followed state law."

Is it possible to be state compliant with 2000 plants? I don't know so I'm just asking for the record.

Did they really have 2000 plants? The gov does tend to lie about these things...

I hope everyone that reads this is signing the whitehouse petition to free this guy. He does not deserve to go to prison if he was just an employee of a state compliant operation. Regardless of their plant count. IMHO

Yes, 2000 plants. Is that a lot? It's a matter of perspective. You can't grow for collectives, med co-ops etc, with a 6 plant limit.. I'll bet those in Colorado growing for big dispensaries are growing much more than 2000 plants.

And I stand by my words. Commie, Nazi state. With all the regulations, fees, licensures ad nauseaum. Not to mention all the mandated reporting Bullshit with which I have personal experience..Yes Nazi, Commie state.

You can't so much as fart in Cali any more without some Agency wanting to fine you for air pollution lol. :dance013:
