Using AzaMax for the first time for gnats, how many mL/per gal?

Hey, so I've noticed my minor gnat infestation has started to get a little out of control, and I'd like to just get rid of them all.

I bought some azamax today. I got the small package that comes with 10 tiny 2.5mL vials (0.084 oz) with 1.2% of azadirachtin, and a spray bottle.

I was wondering how much to use when watering (mL/per gal), and how long I should need it to kill the small infestation.

I was also wondering if it was ok to mix it in with my nutrient feed water, or if it had to just go into some tap water by itself and almost be like a flush.

I generally feed 1 gallon every other day, but soon will be every day.

I should also say I am growing in coco and am in week 3 of flower right now. 600W HPS, 3' x 4' x 7' grow tent, using GenHydro Floranova Bloom, liquid koolbloom, and floralicious+ with each feed (which is every watering)

So I've read up some more, and with the advice of some friends I ordered some mosquito dunks online. Gonna kind of grind one up and put on top of coco, and also put one into a gallon of water and water with that to treat them & see how that goes before going full blast with the azamax.

Is it cool to mix my nutrients into the mosquito dunk mix, or should I do it separately?

If you have not ordered the MDunks yet consider Gnatral(BTI) from amazon. It is a powdered gradular product that dissolves easily in water.
You can add it to your nut solution.
Recommend a drench or complete soil soak for best results with the azamax. It lasts 30 days in the soil. BTI stops the larve in their tracks.
Make sure the bottom drain holes get dunked as this is where they can fly from.

Yeha what granger2 said........1 tablespoon per gallon. Yes you can mix the dunks with nute water. Crush the dunks inside a piece of pantyhose and steep them into your rez. Otherwise you will have chunks of shit floating in your rez. It wouldn't fuck anything up(except maybe clog your pump if you have one) to put them in without steeping, it's just easier like that for me.

Cool, thanks guys. There were no instructions with the azamax, it just came with 10 tiny 2.5mL vials and about a 16 oz spray bottle. All it said was put one vial into the 16 oz of water and spray where needed. Just bought this because it was cheaper than spending $60 on a bottle of azamax, and wasnt sure how much to use per gallon instead of just the spray bottle.

That's what I figured, but I thought that sounded like a lot being 20mL per gallon, or 4 tablespoons per gallon. The 1 tablespoon per gallon frankenstein2 mentioned sounds more reasonable.

I figured it would not hurt to throw it out there and ask others what dosage they use. My nutrient label suggests a feeding that would kill my plants. The manufactures instructions are not always the best when it comes to these plants. I didnt think it was crazy to think that azamax could fall within those same guidelines.
I did a search for azamax on icmag and everything I found was just discussing the use of it, but not the strength per gallon for killing gnats. I figured gnats are different from other bugs and may require more/less and wanted to be as precise as possible which is why I asked the question.
It never hurts to ask around about something instead of just taking something for word.

bti is all natural bacteria, works great for gnats, kills em all, use it for a week or two in veg and never see em again. I might try this Microbe-Lift Liquid Mosquito Control I found too here after awhile.

Azamax wasn't sold to me as anything other than a control rather than a Final solution.
And for me, it hasn't been effective long-term.
My environment is different though, as I have regular houseplants that are in 30% peat mixtures. No hydro.
Plus I burn wood for heat and the fire-place is in the same room as my plants.
I get lots of spiders and other critters hitching rides indoors on the wood. No reason to think it beyond them 'lil buggers. Especially seeing how far they can fly.
Yellow plastic beer cups smeared with tanglefoot are more of a control IMO as they catch lots. They are most effective when placed near the soil - directly over each pot.
I've considered a chemical action since I won't be ingesting these plants directly but I somehow can't bring myself to actually do that.
I've never dealt with chemical pesticides in 30yrs of outdoor organic gardening and don't know a thing about them other than I don't want to use them indoors.

Anybody have any success stories?

bti is a bacteria not a chemical. kills em dead.

Understood.
I was referring to lovelies like:
Organophosphate pesticides
Carbamate pesticides
Organochlorine insecticides
Sulfonylurea herbicides
Pyrethroid pesticides

I've had a little exp with pyrethrins I've grown myself and heard promise that geranium flower tea makes a good pesticide.
Sadly no geraniums ATM. Maybe that's why grandma kept her geraniums in the basement all winter. Shoo fly (or f-gnat).

Haleluliah!

I found this youtuber called LDS Prepper (Latter Day Saints, NOT LSD you stoners!)
One of his vids says he has 100% control of squash/stink bugs using Dawn Ultra dish soap.
Thems is big, nasty bugs yet Dawn kills 'em dead.
Recipe is 2 tbs of dish soap, add to 32oz sprayer full of H2O, mix gently and spray away!
One of my sally plants had spider mites so I sprayed it and all my other indoor plants as well as the soil in each pot,
For the last 2 weeks I am fungus gnat free!! for the 1st time in 3 years!!!
Check out that guys site at youtube for plenty of other very good techniques he is using.
