Your father sounds like a desperado, let him go to jail, in the long run it will probably help him.
Don't put yourself out too much for him, you have to look out for yourself.
Spend the money you were going to spend on a lawyer on yourself, people have to be accountable for their own actions.

Ive been under the jailhouse lol.And my family never gave up.I do agree you have to look out for yourself but definately dont forget about him.If you got the money and feel the need to spend the money on a lawyer do it!!Jail rots away at ones soul.

When you get out of jail you feel better about lilfe.Sometimes people need the reset.If youre dad hasnt called he probobly realizes his mistakes.He will call when he gets sentenced.Ive been in his position!to ashamed to admit ones faults and too ashamed to burdens someones financial situation.

Well,my dad is looking at 1 to 6 and prob gonna do 3.no lawyer money.it probably wouldn't make a difference anyway.thanks all who took the time to read this thread.you guys rock
