This is probably a stupid question but i planted a seed in coco / perlit.. but i dno wat it is? Any guesses. And is it doin ok for being near 3 weeks old.. and does anyone no if its normal to have a bunch of leaves a the stem

Looks good to me! Very healthy!

If you don't know what strain it is - no one will - especially at this stage of growth.

Yes - Very normal to see those leaves on the stem. Those are going to grow into side branches. More will continue to appear as the plant gets older.

I see the LED colors - what is your setup like?

With (APERENTLY) a 300watt LED bought off ebay. But who knows wat it actually is. No writing on it. And a 300 watt dual spectrum cfl.. ats it matey. Not sure even if it will work

What are your plans for nutrients? You able to check the ph of your water?

They will for sure grow under your 300w cfl - you won't see the yields other's do with that just that bulb, but it's a great start.

Edit: Lol, I was thinking you only had a 300w cfl, but I knew you had a LED too.. Whoops! Curious to see your yield on this. Keep us updated with progress!

Aww thanks guys. Wonder what will come off the led and cfl.
My nutrients are just Plagron for coco. A and B. As far as ph levels well they obv are high. But i bring them down to 5.5 or 6. But im not using a meter. But a meter would be great tho. Pretty dear

Welcome to ICMag! I see you went right to LED. A 300W LED on eBay is probably 80-180W (LEDs are never 'maxed out' as this is inefficient and shortens their lives).

How do you know how far you're bringing your pH down without a meter?

Where did you get your seed? From weed you bought?

If you're using Plagron I'm guessing you're in Europe (possibly the UK).

How far is your CFL from the top of your plant?

Are you going to start anymore seeds or is this it?

It looks like you burnt your tips--did you feed stronger fert than usual or feed your plant when very dry? How long have you been feeding?

See im only nee to this so be easy lol.. em think the seed is actually lemon kush. Im from northern ireland. The cfl is over a foot away from the tops of the plants. Btw i have another we plant beside it it auto white widow.. i used to spray them we plants with water untill i learned ur not supposed to.. then i raised my light bout 3 days ago to over a foot from the plants. I feed them full nutrients a + b of plagron coco. Is that all i can feed them with?? Got the auto white widow from amsterdam.. btw i also have a think different auto seed here. Kinda scared to plant it lol

Feed every 3 days till i get drainage.. yes i want to keep growing in the future. I only let the top of the coco/perlit go dty before feedin. As for my ph i have a we test tube that u put 3 drips into it amd shake it just. Are ph meters dear

Yeah pH meters are dear and the liquid tests are more reliable if used correctly. You may be able to lower your CFL a bit as they should be as close to the plants as possible without burning. Can you lower your LED too?

Your soil shouldn't be soggy or it will affect growth. How much A&B are you using? One of your plant is burnt from overfertilizing.

As for a third seed, I'd go ahead mate, you have the space

You can spray them with water and even dilute fertilizer in veg; it's great for the plants. Stop as soon as they start flowering. Some spray in the first few weeks of flowering, but I don't.

It say use 4 ml per litre of A.. and 4ml per litre for B.. i have a 5 litre bottle that i fill up with water of ph between 5.0 n 6.0.. so in the 5 litres i put 20 ml of A and 20 ml of B.. how close can i bring the led and cfl.. and shud i water them with just plane water to bring the nutrients down?

You can feed your plants that way and in veg it can get the dust off your leaves. IMO it works very well, but only in veg.

How do i tell my coco is soggy. Its dry ontop but cant find out if its soggy inside the pot??

Stick your finger down. Coco can take more water; overwatering is less of a worry. If the pots are really heavy then you're overwatering.

I might ramp it down to 10 of A and 10 of B for now as one of your plants looks burnt. Yeah you can add some plain water with the next watering to dilute the nutrients somewhat.
