Too much nitrogen? Ph off? Help please.

These were transplanted 5 days ago, didn't really have issues till I saw some mites a couple days ago, and hit them with azamax. I also fed them on that same day using Advanced nutrients half strength mild feeding. My ph meter had broken earlier so I had to use the ph test kit, so there's a good chance I screwed up the ph as well :/.
It looks like too much nitrogen/overwatering and possibly ph off? Any help is appreciated, I don't want to make problems worse by chasing issues that aren't there. I also checked the bottom of the roots for pythium, heres what they looked like.

Sorry about that here they are.

Here's some additional info I left out. They are all in 2 gallon pots with 30% hydrocorn/70% coco, the pebbles are on the bottom of the pots. They were watered with 800 ppm nutes. Air temps are around 80, sealed room at 55% humidity. Water temps are around 70.

If anything flush the crap out of them with straight ph'd water and wait. They might turn around but I'd bet it takes a while..

tbh they are pretty much dead. and even if they are corrected, the recovery time will be very slow. id chuck them out and start again.

Well they looked fine on 2-25 aside from mites, which is when I fed them nutes/azamax. They were pretty dry at the time of feeding. It was about a week before that they were transplanted from cups into those 2 gallon pots. If I wanna try saving them should I flush now vs waiting for them to dry further? Not trying to ignore your advice there's just a lot riding on these plants so whatever I can do to save them I want to try.

your only way of saving them is firstly getting a ph pen. what medium are they in, and what mites did you see??

They are in coco, a couple inches of hydrocorn on the bottom with coco on top, and a light layer of hydrocorn above it. The ph pen arrived in the mail today to replace the broken one. The mites were found on some of the lower leaves, pulled it and checked with a scope.

if you are really relying on this grow i would really throw them away. it might take a month recovery, in that time you could probably sprout some seeds and have some reasonable sized plants.
if you have a lock out, i would suggest you flush them with water ph of about 5.7 or 5.8. since you need to let them dry out following this, i would place the root ball bac in the old pot first. if you flush them in the new bigger pot, it will take ages to dry out and might actually fuck the plants for good.
id flush it in a smaller pot and then let it dry out. then resume feeding as normal.
