I I remove the lobster shell, and put it into the Scallop shell with the sea scallop, butter, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, Both Panko and Italian bread crumbs.

Wifes starter, seranoham with mozarella, I had a soup with eel (in german Aal)
Dads mainmeal, mixed fruit of the sea
My wifes meal, haddock (Schellfisch)
My own, Schnitzel out of the Region
With my camera it´s bad, with Flash the colours are to garish, without Flash it´s not a really good Picture.

Herman-that looks like an exquisite Dinner! If you don't mind my asking how much does a meal like that cost per plate where you are?(the dyson deal gives me some idea haha) I am just curious because I was in south america a while ago and meals of that caliber could be had for about 10 USD$ a plate. I was astounded. I will see if I can dig up pictures I took some of the plates we ate there. where I am now a meal like the one above is easily $100+ USD.

all plates together cost 120 Euro (USDollar 180?), 2 eel soups, the seranoham starter, the 3 main meals. Dyson costs in Germany/Amazon 279 Euro. In my Bundesland/state it is the 3rd best Restaurant. (the media says)
