Best place to legally run large numbers.

Numbers are the limiting factor in breeding and keeping lines stable. Silence is golden and anywhere in secret is always best, but where is the best place for running large legal numbers these days? California seems the likely answer still, even with legalization, but many counties are amending numbers. Seems Santa Cruz County still allows 99 if you're out in the countryside.

72 in Michigan. 5 patients plus yourself. 12 plants per patient.
Sure can't say it's best by any stretch. Leo is very sketchy from place to place.
We gotta end prohibition to truly open up like you desire.. IMHO of course

Good Luck

With the California Supreme Court backing up the cities and counties ability to control, limit, or outright ban grows things can only get worse here before they get better

No plant limit licenses are possible in Canada. MMPR or section 56 for R&D.

Licenses cost nothing themselves, but regulatory requirements are an increased cost factor.

I say colorado for the sheer number of humongous grows, you would think they would go after them first before going after the little guys.

Become a "caregiver", and you can hit those numbers with little to no Government involvement.

Except for over 99 is considered federal territory, I have a hard time believing if you had 1000 plants and someone caught a whiff you wouldn't get some visitors.

Unless maybe you are some kind of special producer that paid ass loads of $$ for licenses of some sort.

Even then the federales said they will go after anyone they consider abusing the laws, shipping out of state etc... so no way in hell would I feel comfortable with numbers like that.

Maybe so. That would be not the norm though. Unless you are in some Conservative area of the State.

Maybe 1,000 is a bit excessive, but 400-500-600 is done on the daily by most everyone growing on some scale.

Took me a bit of time to get use to that.

Now it's normal. :)

once you're over 100 you might as well grow 999. just stay under 1000 if you are in CA!

also in CA a lot of folks do 99 per property. every time you need another 99 get another property.

Seems like a hassle.

Get two people to be caregivers for 5 people, everyone with 75 plants, and then you can run 900 "legally" here.

12x75=900

All in the same place.

Still ballsy though. My little baby scrotum couldn't handle that kind of pressure. :)

Yes, but if it's legal, it's because they are running multiple scripts. 99 plants per script, some farms collect numerous.

what's the most people you can grow for? as a caregiver/designated grower?

and what would the feds do , over 1000 plants.
say 30,000?

30000 plants is a ridiculous number for anything except huge industrial hemp fields. Those CO numbers are appealing if a little unbelievable to an old head to see.
