Is this a sign of Root aphids?

Here's a couple pics of what I have going on. Some strains I grow this happens every time after the clones are transplanted into the 3" cubes. I have been using sm-90 and h2o2 in the water religiously, and I even started using azamax at the recommended dilution strength. Some strains never get the yellow leaves with brown spots as you see. Mostly my red dragon, deep cheese, and chemdog. However other strains show these symtoms as well. I been doing everything I can think of to fix this problem and yet it still continues. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Like for my experience. It's looks like lack of oxygen at root zone, what cause of bad absorption of nutrients.

And your yellow leaf with necrotic spots is phosphorous deficiency, but it's most likely consequence of first reason (roots need to breath). if not, try to rise (P) level.

Let your rockwool to dry, and use less water amount while watering.

looks like a potssium deficiency. Plants with a K def. will be more inviting to pests. I would initiate my preventative spray and plant in soil. Soils are rarely potassium deficient since it is present in most silt and clay fines. If there is enough of the other base cations (calcium usually needs to be added if the soil has not been gardened) and the soil is from a generally fertile area then K should not be your problem.
