Hello everyone, I have been a reader for some time now and I finally decided to register. I will posting a diary of my current grow and hopefully other can benefit from what I have to say, maybe I'll even learn something myself he he. Hi guys, been a while since I registered and I had promised pictures, however I am a little paranoid about taking them on my phone (location services) so I'm trying to get a camera sorted instead.

Here's a taster of my grow:

8x nirvana Swiss cheese (clones) -vegged for 5 weeks - approx 14 inches
I originally had 9 but I had to chop her down as she was very weak.

Canna professional and canna a+b and rhizotonic
Supernatural bud buster
Ph down (phosphoric acid) I live in a hard water area so I have never needed ph up before.

2m3 secret jardon tent
Rvk intake 425 with carbon filter
3 oscillating fans various wattage.
2x 400w hps with built in ballast
1x 600w hps separate ballast

I've built a custom fitting to hold all the lights (those 400s are heavy!)

Currently 4 weeks into flower, they have been topped twice, lst'd and lollipopped. I've dryed and cured the trimmings and it's pretty good so far! Made myself some nice bubble hash with some of the trim too. I'd say there's at least an oz on each right now. By the looks of things they should be another 4 weeks before harvest.

Any questions hit me up, this is my first time with Swiss cheese and I am rather impressed the smell is cheesy, fruity and very very appetising!

Can't wait for them to finish.

Sounds like an excellent set up. Lollipop, lollipop, oh, lolli-lolli-lollipop. You must have the right strain (although topping probably due to tent height). Another month, they'll be finished!

Thanks aridbud, I promise I will get some pics up soon so you can see what I have been up to.

Just a quick question for the more "commercial growers", would it be ok to cure in large airtight plastic containers? I've always been skeptical about using plastic but from what I am expecting I won't have enough glass to do the lot.
