Has anyone used a pressure cooker, the type that has the weight, for EtOH recovery? It seems too simple, therefore it probably isn't!

Check the seal to insure that is compatible with alcohol, but otherwise it should work fine.

That is what I was thinking too, I will see if I can find out what the seals from Presto are made of. It will be nice if it has an excellent rating.
