What's up with this leaf?

In the center of the image - like something cut a chunk of leaf out. Only spot on the plant that it appears.

I've seen that before on multiple occasions. In my experience, it's nothing to worry about. It always seems to be isolated to one occurrence, and the plant never seems affected by it. I wouldn't worry unless it becomes an epidemic. It always reminds me of that "twisted leaves" mutation that DJ's Blueberry has.

Still not sure what causes it to happen, though.

I see this occasionally but usually when I have a mild gnat problem, as if they are eating the new growth and it shows up like this later on.
 
Can also happen when you pinch if you accidentally damage part of a leaf in the process. Doesn't look like anything to worry about.
