How big if an issue is this? Am I inviting mold? I have pretty good air flow but more couldn't hurt I suppose.

How do guys with packed rooms handle this?

like you say more air flow never hurts, however you dont want it to look like hurricane Katrina... It is just when the leafs that are overlapping each other? (Leaf on leaf)
mine do it a day or so after i water, i dont worry about it till i have buds, then i Defoliate a bit to give a little bit more air flow up in there

Get that under control or you risk sweat rotting your buds! Increase airflow and space the plants out a li'l if you can, I've found adding a dehu in there at nite really helps!!

I don't have a humidity monitor but I'm pretty sure based on my other room it's super low, like 5-40% at the most. It's only where leaves touch and it's not crazy or anything just find the occasional condensation. I have a dehumidifier in this room but haven't been using it, maybe I'll give it a shot.

You need more airflow.
I run my RH% high and dont get water on the leaves unless my fans arent all on

In nature, plants get lots of airflow. It helps them breathe and it also helps to strengthen their stems.

I try to simulate that in an indoors grow, except for, too many fans and I trip on them.

Sweet thanks guys, I suspect my canopy fan is kinda weak(I get the condensation at the canopy) gonna replace that today when lights come back on.

Those areas where it gets wet mean slow moving air.

The humidity in a slow moving air pocket can be heated up significantly by the IR coming off an HID lamp, especially HPS. You'll see leaves get dry edges and taco a bit around those same wet spots, when the airflow slows.

Keep it Clean! :D
