I am making some Green Dragon today.
I was looking in my storage closet and found some old bud in Mason Jars that wasn't labeled. I just chopped some trees and decided to rotate the old stuff out.
I am using 47.8 grams of Bud and a bottle of Bacardi 151 Rum.
My method:
Decarb weed at 325F for 5 minutes, let it cool and grind it and put in 1 Quart Mason Jar. Add 1/5th Bacardi 151 Rum.
Prep - Bring about 2 quarts of water to 190F in crock pot (use a digital thermometer).
Put Mason Jar into water bath - stir every once in a while.
Using remote digital thermometer bring Green Dragon to 171F (boiling point of alcohol)
Keep at 171F for 30 minutes.
Strain vegetable mater out, using a stainless steel strainer.
Return to Mason jar to boil off for a while. (at the same time press out the wet weed and collect the juice and put back in the Mason Jar.
Boil down to 8 fluid OZ.
I'll let you know when I have boiled it down.
