1 oz of kief, What to do?

I was given 1 oz of powdery kief to help settle a debt. It doesn't look as pure as what I see online. Mine has a greenish tent. i am thinking it contains some plant matter, but mostly it is trichomes. I was hoping to get a gooey puddy type of hash. What do I need to do? Do I need to do something to remove any remaining plant matter so that it will melt and form better? I can press it into disks or iron it into a form, but it stays hard brittle and dry. Is there a process I can do with this material that will give me a more bubble hash type of product? What would you do with this kief if it fell into your lap?

I would probably make butter and cook with it, or you could re-sieve if you have a some screens by lightly brushing the kief over the surface with a card. Search dry sieve. Making BHO is also an option.

I'd just smoke it.

get a jar of RO water ,pour some keif in there and let it sit,the plant matter will float and the resin/trichs will sink to the bottom,just like making gumby hash, then siphon the water of the top with a tiny hose or turkey baster .. dry the keif and it will be clean.

or like the poster above me says,, just smoke it as is..

Thanks guys. I have smoked some of it as is, but I don't deal. Based on what I smoke (not very much), I was afraid it would get old and start losing potency in current form. I heard that properly made gooey hash will last years. Hell maybe I should just start smokin more. Problem solved.

If you put it in an airtight glass jar in the fridge, it should last longer and taste better for longer too. Alternatively you could make an alcoholic extract and store it in solution until needed. If you drink, even better, make some seriously potent green dragon.

You can obtaine dryshift or bho with kif. In morocco people use to smoke it, but I personally don't like it
