hi stunky,
Ive already bent a few tops in the room,
i just hate doing it to my SB 8magical beanstalk* pheno
and yeah it needs it... but I'm procrastinating.
i started bending tops last year to make plants bush but still get to keep that big main cola,
it's a trick I learned from adrift.
check out his threads... he kills it all days long!

it was an 8 week veg, but the Co2(my 1st time) really zinged the plants in veg.
Ive done 8wk veg's on SB in 2010 and 4ft was the biggest i would get.
I won't be doing 8 wk veg in Co2 again unless there's some serious lst/topping going on,
this run went to far... but hey!.... nuthin wrong with 6ft of SB... eh
BTW, love your SB threads in the BOG forums...
SB is one special plant, I'm glad to get it back into my garden

In veg use an ultra sun 1000w 7400K
I use a sylvania 1000w 4000K Mh for bloom so my stretch is maybe 6-8"
not all strain do well under Mh and what Ive found out by accident some trains that did so so or did well under HPS absolutely killed it under this 4000K mh

btw... it's a $21 bulb

That is one big leaf. My last run of SB had the largest leaves I have personally ever seen.
