Are you saying butter is healthy? Are you saying eating cannabis is healthy? It is medicinal but is it healthy?
Butter is healthier than Crisco... Butter is still unhealthy for nearly everyone.

Ghee (clarified butter as previously mentioned) is good for everyone, very healthy for some.

Eating cannabis is VERY healthy. Yes. Medicinal AND Healthy, yes.

Crisco is crap, seriously unhealthy stuff. Period. Hydrogenated/Partially-Hydrogenated is UNHEALTHY. Period. Facts are facts. Marketing spin is also called LYING. :)

Hey huarmiquilla... What drug is it that you're taking on a regular basis? I've read your style of posting by others, more and more frequently lately and am curious. Mmmm?

Huarma, I would first like to start off by saying I am not trying to bash you by any means, but... I am having the hardest time following your post, and I can't quite seem to pinpoint your question towards me. Are you asking if my wifes dairy allergy comes from the hormone rBGH? If so, then I would have to say I doubt it, she is even effected when she consumes naturally raised and non pasteurized goats milk.

The milk thing is completely lectin and blood type related.

That's why ghee is such a powerful tool for most people.

Blood type O, A and AB should pretty much stay away from almost everything dairy but Mozzarella and Feta cheeses. Proof is easy, just don't eat any dairy for a month and then eat a cup of whatever dairy product except mozz or feta. Don't you just LOVE the rotted milk smell the next day?

Works every time.

Stay Safe! :blowbubbles:

Safflower oil. High in linoleic acid and oleic acid which are great for transporting cannabinoids all over the body.

THere are plenty of recipes for cookies and brownies that don't need dairy. Just make coconut oil and you'r set.

Or, just make a tincture and add some drops to whatever you like.

I'd only change that ^ to say that MOST commercially produced butter is less than the best fat choice.

Absolute BEST would be raw, grass-fed, cultured butter, for someone without lactose issues. Ghee made from the same would be fabulous for almost everyone.

Coconut oil is a saturated fat, and thus is a marvelous choice for cooking/frying, as it will not produce harmful trans fats when heated. It's also amazing for health, just on its own.

Lard, tallow, goose fat, chicken fat... all good choices, when sourced from organic, grass-fed/pastured animals.

Real, extra virgin olive oil, in dark glass, kept cool. Never ever cook with it - use liberally for salad dressings and topping off veggie dishes.

Nut oils are okay for some uses.

Seed oils (rape, canola, corn, soy, "vegetable") are almost always extracted using toxic chemicals, are old & rancid, and have developed trans fatty acids before you even open the bottle. Those clear plastic bottles, besides infusing the contents with plasticizers and BPA, also allow light to damage the fatty acids. Light, Heat, and Air are oils worst possible enemies, and these oils are bombarded with all three before you buy them.

Remember, healthy fats are nature's perfect food.

My O 'secretor' child is able to eat coconut oil.

In any amounts other than a dollop here or there, it gives me a slippery anus and messes with my digestion. Pretty much everyone I've talked to says the same... that is, everyone who isn't O blood type and a 'secretor.'

Don't understand how so many people can say coconut oil is fine, except for the fact their bodies are so polluted with it and other oils they can't tell. Been there, quit that. :)

90% of what's on 'supermarket' store shelves is disgustingly contaminated food. Very little 'food' is used to make it.

Keep it Clean! :D
