Male plant throwing pistols!!!!

So this was my only plant that made it from an older 8yr or so pack of Mist of destruction ( MOD ) Menage a trois. Bad germ rates even with me softening the seed shells.

I put it into 12/12 about 4 months back an found out it was a male. So i decided to collect its pollen for a future project. Shes squat , stinky, showing nice purple hues an has pretty good tich coverage. his smell was one of the top reason an that there is no more MOD seeds available.

Put it in 12/12 4 months ago, showed male, i collected pollen, trimmed him back then put back into 24hr light atleast 2 months ago. He is revegging. It hasnt been over 60f. in that area for almost 2-3months.

I look down today an notice pistols coming what seems to be under the male sacs. i need to inspect later more. Not in just one spot. All over are pistols. I swear they werent there last week.


what can i expect??? it would never become a female correct?? would it have any breeding purpose? Hoping soemone can chime in an let me know if this is special or bunk!!!!!

U stressed him, same as a girl...he went tyranny..lol...as for using the pollen...I would be interested in the selfd seeds it will produce. I was always Leary using any females in breeding that went granny under stress...there was a good thread on sex reversal in males for breeding a while back

So would this plant self pollinate an make seeds if i up potted an gave him/her correct conditions??? then back in 12/12. i would make a chamber just for it..... to be honest i have never heard of a male showing pistols

i would love to have a chance at finding some menage a tois seeds. That strain sparked my interest about 10 yrs ago, an still does.

i guess im in a search for a thread to make this happen..

Sure just flower out n see if the pollon catches (is not sterile).

Had a poly do this... BEC x Sharksbreath - most of the males werent really male, in small pots stressed. Havent uploaded pics but still got the seed around.

Its pretty neat.

I was just about getting nuts cause I found the other post but this one no longer and was like WTF I didn't smoke... LOL

But good luck with the selfing and hopefully it's not a female with a monoecious tendency.
Maybe you should cross it with a known female or a known male: That way you can see from the sex distribution in the offspring what it really is . Just take a very fast strain cause all you need to know is the sex of the lil ones.
