Is breeding possible under 200w+ CFL

Currently, I have a setup that is roughly 3'x1'x2' with 1 x 200W CFL 1 x 150W CFL one small 17w long tube flourescent and a 10w LED strip. I intend to had another 60W CFL shortly. These CFL watts are not in actual watts but comparable watts. 1 x 23w actual = 60w comparable I believe.

I have tried breeding under similar conditions and similar wattage but I ended up with seeds that where very undeveloped. How can I ensure viable seeds are made with a micro grow like this one?

Is there any threads where someone has bred using CFLs like mine?

you can breed with any suitable light source... I have used regular floros and got some actually going now...try pollinating only a few buds instead of whole plant with weaker light sources IMHO

I haven't pollenated yet,

Last grow I tried pollenating one branch it didn't really work out, I find pollenating late outdoors after the buds have developed a bit works best, not so sure about indoors. I found the CFL plants were 2-3 weeks behind what they would be under brighter lights.

I have no issues . I do stick a light under canopy another measly 17 watts per light lol mainly so i can see clearly there...under canopy lighting has been debated .. my seeds are forming nice atm....I pollinated about 5 small buds per plant..sb inbred again yeehaw.. ya weaker lighting can slow things down.. sucks cause i got plenty gear no room.. started with floros way back and revisiting again for a bit lol.. hey its actually a challenge and humbleing at same time...when c99 was the strain i did a 150ish cfl grow with a hood it was package deal and made some fine seeds i almost forgot. it was for fun as i had real stuff rockin....

been making seeds the last 2 years with cfl , lowest 30 watt in a pc case and normally 100/120 watt of cfl x sqf , never had a problem and allways healty seeds, the cage link in my sign got several runs with those seeds and seed runs as well.

yep
i've made lots of seeds.

in fact i make micro grows to have grows far away from reall grows where seeds can threaten.

well grown micro grows can produce moderate yields (100s+)

that!

i also keeped my pollination in a smaller seperated box to the main grow... you don't want a stud pollinating all your girls don't you?
