Ya when pheno hunting it can seem to take forever, but at least you are doing it the right way. More then I can say about some big names in the game. Seems they are all about the money than the passion of the plant.

And just think of the keepers that you are going to find, they will be strait fire. :)

Good thing is, I'll have so many going, it will help it go quickly.
1 seed line a month for just a year and a half, will go right through them.
I will be tracking everything, Speed of growth, quality, yields, flavor, scents, etc.
The keepers will be of a high level of quality.
Then when I begin the F-1's + F-2's and so on, I'll be confident on the seed line, if seed sales are in the future of course.

Possibilities are quite exciting.

First thing to check with is your local planning office to see what is required for out buildings to meet with local codes.
I know a guy that built a big grow room in his back yard and the city, which uses google earth for satellite imagery, found it.
What? No permits,?no inspections?
He was given a choice, tear it down or pay very steep fines.
There went his grow, had to shut down it down, payed steep fines, and strict inspections(including removing drywall)to assure compliance.

So do yourself a favor, find out what you can do on the downlow, without permits, then go from there.

Ya I checked with em already.. it just needs to be less than 500 sf and 3ft off the fence line in any direction. I have to get electricity and water ran to it so I'm gonna have to get permits for that regardless.

They just come do the inspections up til its complete.. so i'll just do my renovations to it after they are all squared away and satisfied. I do plan on leaving this structure here when we leave.. it would be nice to have it be a legal "workshop" out back instead of having to move it or tear it down. I'm a general contractor so its not hard to imagine why I would need a workshop.

I would rather do it on the down low, but I think that might come back to get me if I don't jump through all the hoops ya know?

Jump through all the hoops Iron you will be glad you did in the end. Really suck to have them up your ass later.

Work shops are common place, no worries.
Glad you're aware of all the permits, you're ahead of the game.

My grow house is 12 x 32' outside dimensions.
Rooms are 11 x 11', 11 x 12' and work/lung room 11 x 8'.
All connected by 2 doors to pass straight through.
Both grow spaces have floor supplied air, and passive ceiling plenum.
You can design an 8 x 8' veg room into the work room, with a cutting table.
An 8 x 8 veg room will easily supply all the plants you need to keep both flower rooms.

The less times you have to carry plants outside, the better.
Keeping the whole grow in one building for max safety.

Nice, I haven't been lucky enough to find a female one yet, third male so far, but this time I tried to spread some of his love to a couple of my ladies.

PEACe

I'm in the same boat with my ravs. I have 4 last ravs now.
Threw one out to pre sex and was male, keeping him to play with the sativa genes. Put 1 more in to sex with 2 more to follow. The one currently sexing is looking fem, but not confirmed yet so fingers crossed.

I popped my remaining 9 overlords. 6 made it, made the mistake of planting during a front with no heat. Lol

Dropped 2 halo - got 1 pre sexing. When that one shows ill check the second.

Also sprouted 3 DCD s1. We'll see how close these come to the original.

Last but least, 3 noc 2 are s1. I have 1 in flower (s1) and it's pretty close to the original pheno.

As soon as I thin out the garden I'll get back in track with detailed posts and pics. I've simply got way too much going on, gearing up for a nice size OD run.

Hope all the minions are good! And of course you also lord, the garden looks fantastic!

Lovely ladies you've got there buzz! I like your screen, looks well made and mighty sturdy. I built mine out of pvc so it would be light and flexible and its doing the trick nicely

Thank you sir. I have future plans to use pvc indeed. This was a quick fix for a Goblin Queen cut that was holerin scrog at me. First time but i will do it again in sure.

Hey brotha.. well, its that time of the year again.. I'm getting into the building spirit again.. and you know I was gonna come barking up your tree!

Ok so the wife is over having the grow inside the house, so I gave her the option of getting a big shed to put out in the back yard and she went for it. I was thinking that I would like to get a pretty big one to house the veg, flower, and have a place to process out there too. My back yard is not huge, but I have plenty of room to spread out.

You think a pre made one is the way to go? The one that I found is prolly gonna be about 8 grand.. is that a good price for one thats about 16x28? I was thinking if I went big, I could just section it up for the different areas. What are the dimensions for yours?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to help me out homie.
Iron i think u could build it cheaper. I bought a prefab and still ended up puttin cash in it. Didnt get the subfloor i wanted. All in all it has been very good to me. Next one will be better and so on......
