I've bin growing peaks strains for a few years and really like the genetics. I've tried the kushxnl,sweet skunk,northernberry,texadatimewarpxnl ..The ttxnl indoors and out was a beast but my fav so far is the kush xnl just stinks like pinsol!

Always good to hear from others as I´ve got Sweet Skunk, Northern Lights and Kushberry seeds on the fridge.
The sweet skunk looks quite sativa.

Blue Dream X BB male

Blue Dream X BB male


At the end the remaining Blue Dream X BB was a male.
The final numbers are 10 female / 2 male.
I have this male cloned and I´m keeping him for further inspection as he looks interesting to me.
He has a hollow stem;my male keeper has a hollow stem as well,and the female BB´s from peakseeds had a hollow stem too.
Beautifull & healthy roots.

BB x Blue dream looked nice harry. Those BB have some old school leaves. Crazy eagle I grew his SS, SB, NL, TS and a Texada Skunk x NL that I made.

The TS x NL had everything going for it weight, high, bag appeal but it had virtually no smell and no taste same with most of his plants for me. Mind you this was outdoors.

His TS did show promise in some phenos I might add.

SB was the most beautiful plant I have grown but lacked in taste/smell.

How did you find the smell and taste for you indoors eagle?

The kushberry ive heard is a really good strain from what I hear from the ppl that have grown it.
Yes the sweet skunk is sativa dominat,at least the ones I had were. The taste was super skunky and the high was kinda euphoric where as I like more of the couch lock.

Hey browntrout the ttxnl was alright indoors nothing special I actually did better outdoors with her. The taste was kinda spicey licorice and smelled the same.

I've grown out peaks skunkberry, nl kush, ss kush, bb kush, c99 and c99 x bb. All were good but the sweet skunk x purple kush and nl x pk were my favorites.

Lol eagle My TS x NL from another location look basically identical. a lot of pink from the warp. I had a pheno of TTx SS and it was like rocket fuel and quite euphoric unlike any pot I have had. Was grown in a window over winter and might have had something to do with it.

Hello browntrout, nice thread youve got started here; I dont have any peak genes yet but theres a nice big package headed my way and inside is some BB as well some others from Peak. Ill be growing them all indoors at first but they will make their way outdoors eventually and Ill post some pics when I do. Keep up the good work fellas! Ill be watching

I think that in few words KushBerry is indica in shape,with sativa effect.The effect is the same as the BB line , stimulating,uplifting,cerebral; I haven´t got physical sensations with this strains.
The taste? smells kind of citric during most of the flowering period.The one I have from outdoors smells/tastes like that as she was harvested early.
I harvested her indoors with 58 days (8 weeks 2days).
I remember that around week 7 indoors the smell changed to kind of toxic/chemical; I´m planning a new run indoors to have a better look into this. I still have a bud from that run ( cut down 25th July) and I have to say that there is a great improvement with curing.A los smoother.Blueberry influence I guess.

The "horny" leaf is a Blue Dream X Blueberry.Funny one.
The other is Super Silver Haze X Blueberry, showing some funny leafs also.

Peak uses a "proven BC Purple Kush" for their crosses.
I have not tried any of their kush crosses yet, as I don't know where to start.
I've run their Northern Skunk, Skunk Berry, Northern Berry, C99,and Sweet Skunk. I agree that some of the plants don't have much taste or smell to them.
I think the Sweet Skunk is some of the prettiest weed I've grown.
I'm going to try their Northern Lights and am popping more Northern Skunk beans soon. The Northern Skunk was some of the best weed I've grown/smoked ever, and I am enjoying the heck out of their C99!
