Floridian, I'm retiring july 2015. I need (not really) a job then...keep me in mind 
I think I'd have to hire myself out as a marijuana gardener to the stars and wealthy elite who want to enjoy marijuana but don't want to risk being seen going into the local pot store and have to risk rubbing elbows with "common people". I'd try to establish a great reputation and then charge them out the wahzzoo.

What about a cannabis cafe, like Amsterdam?
If you only sold legit ice cream from a truck like this you'd score big $$$$ daily, everyone can (& will) buy legit ice cream from that truck.
That being said if you sold cannabis infused ice cream you'd probably make $17 millions dollars, well 17 something.......
you could use any modern compact pickup truck and chop it proper to get that look & your own name in the same style lettering as on the original.
how hard could it be to copy that bizarre lookin' head???
You could sell ice cream @ any music fest and clean up, hire yourself a swarthy little Mexican fella and have him dress up like Cheech; a curly haired wig, bandana & denim vest & you be Chong, unless of course that you're already a swarthy little Mexican fella, then, well, you know.......
