She was germinated 11\04ish planted 11\06ish popper her head up 11\08ish, pretty close on all the dates.

In any case she is a royal bluematic fem so they say.

Being my first Auto and new to this in general I am curious to know how long we think she has. Of course the specs say 80 days I think seed to smoke, I didn't buy these seeds based on what the vendor had to say. I am sure in the perfect world 80 days or whatever they said is true, a perfect world is hard to come by. All my plants are in a good world with no stress but growing with T5's is what I do, start to finish. Even the Photo plants I move to the bloom tent with 2 t5's in it, 1 4' 8 bulb and 1 2' 6 bulb, light should not be an issue.

Ok so I am rambling a bit, the auto's never leave the veg tent 20\4 light cycle.

Im trying out 4 regular plants in 13-14 liter coco with blumats under 600w. It will be nice to see how they perform compared to yours.

How do you feed them? At what EC and how often?

I top feed every time I water which is about every 2 days, I feed as the directions are outlined on the bottles, more or less 1TBSP per gallon, PH at 5.8, From time to time more cal\mag is needed, if I see the stems turning purple I add 2 TBSP per gal for a few feedings.

From my understanding you can't, they are on a time line so to speak, once planted they grow, flower and then they are smoked. They say you really can not even clone them, the clone will be on the same time line as the mother plant.

hello guys i have a question one of my auto (afrodite,11l pot,250w hps,60x60x1,60,biobizz pack)is on day 34 and not flowering yet i have see the same problem at many ppl on the net and i wonder if i turn into 12/12 to flower, because i have and other plants that flowering can i turn it again at 19/5 that i am running right now? coz i am gonna lose yield..or this isnt possible and its gonna run again the veg ? sorry for my bad english

I can only tell you what I do, I run my auto's at 20\4, needless to say everyone has there way of doing them. Mine show sex around 1 month in. It is also my understanding that switching the light cycle on auto's really does not help them flower but as you stated will affect your yield.

I have had a few what I thought were auto's that of course did not flower and turned out to be photo males. I have sense found a good source for my auto seeds and now I have no issues with them.

If it were me my friend I would leave it alone at your light cycle of choice and wait it out.

is this sure? coz many guys that not flower after 8 weeks and more they turn it on 12/12 and then flowering but maybe was on the luck. i would like to test it if i have another grow room but i dont. the sure is that i am gonna wait till the day 40 after this maybe i would be in panic i buy autos to finish at 10 weeks the maximum if i need much more it sucks

I believe what you are reading in regards to switching to 12\12 is for photos, normal seeds, autos just sex and flower with no need to switch the light cycle.

I am new to the auto's, I have 6 of them going, one is almost done and the other 5 are doing well. All 6 of them have sexed and flowered on there own under 20\4 light cycle. I know you can grown them under any light cycle you wish, but more hours of light equals a higher yield.

Are you sure you have auto's? I know I had a hell of a time getting good auto seeds in the beginning.

My current auto that is almost done has been going since 11\04, its close now though, I grow under t5's so maybe they take a bit longer with my lights. I have 8 bulb 4' t5 HO, lots of light but not HID's though. I can tell you this, it's a monster man, I can not wait for her to finish, the other 5 as I said are about 1 month in and they have sexed already.

Ruderalis, the recessive plant hybrid of autoflowering genes....it has a life cycle. There is no turning back or revegging.

All of mine typically sex within 30 days at the longest. I have read as you have that sometimes the autos do not sex within the time you would think they should. Allot of what I read about his is due to over feeding or feeding them wrong, over watering, to much heat, the list is endless on how one can do things wrong that is for sure. You might want to try this, back off your feeding schedule, flush her out good and then start in on your bloom food lightly and see if that forces her to sex for you.

Sounds like you may have a semi-auto, or photoperiod. By turning your light cycle to 13:11...you'll see if Afrodite is photo or auto.

Question for you Aridbud, if one switches the light cycle on a supposed Auto and it does indeed sex can you put it back to 20\4 or whatever without stressing the plant out?

I have never had an issue as of yet but I am certainly curious.

I will post you a pick a bit later of my strangest Auto to date, it sexed within 30 days and is almost done, however it is maybe 6" tall at best and about 5" around, a midget one would say and certainly a harvest of maybe a joint if I am lucky. Strange little thing it is.

i am watering every two days 250 ml with food and 150 ml with pure water (one time food one without). i try deionized water where a friend suggest me for 2 times but nothing. Thermocrasies are always 28-29 C day ,17-18-19C night. you suggest to start bloom without flowers?

Another newbie seeking guidance - when is she done

Another newbie seeking guidance - when is she done

She is 13 weeks old now, more or less it is 50% red hairs now, she is not growing any taller, the buds appear to be still getting larger.

I guess my question is time frame related, when oh when can I start to move towards smoking her. I did take a small sample a few days back, she is smooth and yummy, I do not want to pull to soon but to late is not good either.

I have 5 of her sister's cooking along at 5 weeks now, they are going to be huge in comparison, many lessons learned thus far and I am sure I have many more yet to learn.
