PC case grow. Quality?

Hey guys!

Is it possible to get very high(perfect) quality of weed in such conditions? I know that yield is low, but what about quality? I am going to use CFLs

not worth your time..you would have to start from cuttings and would run out of room asap find another place to start an old wardrobe closet attic shed something.

You can get decent yield and nice quality but not the quality of buds grown under HID lighting.
