Swimming bugs in NFT reservoir

I have little swimming wormlike bugs in my reservoir, I just changed water yesterday and didn't notice any, but today I saw a hell lot of them.
My system is two NFT's next to each other, the other one doesn't have any. Also they are on flush second day.

They just swim on the surface, some take little skips, on the bucket I only noticed them just kinda jumping around, like those bugs in lakes who move swiftly on the lake surface.

I read springtails move like that, but still I'm shit scared if they are fungus gnats of roots aphids, any opinions?
Do you think I should do some precautions, like cut the plants, nuke them with something, or just leave be.
The last thing I want in my house is some flying little terrorists infecting other plants through the apartment.

edit. I put about 60-70ml of 70% hydrogen peroxide in the 30 litres of water that are in res, nothing. Also I noticed that the most little ones jump and the bigger more bug likes swim. Any help please, I'm ocd about bugs.

More than likely springtails. Google them and get a scope and compare just in case. I have them, they come and go without harming the plants. They scared the shit out of me when I first noticed them, b but now I pay them no mind.

Doesn't sound like Root Aphids, so breath freely. Fungus gnats aren't hard to control or even wipe out with BTi. Good luck. -granger

Thanks, I scope them. I have a 30-100x scope somewhere but last time I scoped a thrips larvae I almost jumped up, like real life alien abort. But I don't think they are mosquito larvaes because it's winter and I live about 15 metres high, but you never know how they survive and get to your system.
Wierd that they are on one nft only, but there's never sense on these bugs, they just come and go and wreak havoc if they please. But thanks anyway, I'm gonna scope one and freak out, hate bugs..
