PCK hybrids for mellow

i ordered CBG pakistan chitral kush 10 pack reg.

First I want to produce seed and smokeable bud from these, but also am considering hybridizing for mellow potency, i can't tolerate super potent weed. Also can;t handle raciness of sativa. What would be good simple genetics not super hydridized strains to cross with PCK for a resulting mellow laid back positive not paralyzing indica?

for some reason blueberry-type of thing comes to my mind, but this is just a uneducated opinon. it can be fairly potent if that's not your thing.

I like the PCK for daytime smoke, it will get you pleasently stoned but you will still be able to function normaly, but im not too fond of the taste, so crossing it with something tasty might be a good idea, something like blueberry, flo etc from dj short or grapefruit x blueberry from chimera, none of them are in my opinion super potent but they are very tasty

Your description of effects is exactly what I am after, though asa mellow indica with my lightweight tolerance I am hoping for a little sleepyness from it at the end of the day too.

haven't checked out DJ Short strains yet. Will do.

What didnt you like about the taste?
I found PCK very perfumed/floral and not pot smelling at all,
maybe good crossed with a strong Afghan.

I crossed the Pck with a Moroccan landrace, also low odor, should be very mellow smoke.

I actualy thought it tastet like most of the outdoor pot grown where i live, hard to describe but just not what I like, I was expecting more forest fruit like the description said, it does have a nice smell though and I like the high, so will do some breeding with it and hopefully get some better taste

We recently grew some Mandala Rishi Kush. Hardy, fragrant & tasty w/ classic columnar stretch indica form, large calyxes. Nice mellow high w/o being very narcotic if perhaps a bit more potent than they say. good sociability. Not overwhelming, in any case.

It's the wife's fave of what we've done so far & well received by everybody who tried it, particularly light to moderate tokers.

I went with a landrace nepalese 'indica', it's lively, relaxing and just mellow.

it can build up to a nice grinning and sedating buzz but I've never felt crushed by it, it's just comfortable

The Nepalese is from the real seed company, I believe they still have some in stock but I grew mine a few years back, you might not get the same results and I had some digging to do to find an 'indica' phenotype.. something that finished around the 10th week.

Hmm, the real seed company lists nothing as nepal origin indica. Was your "digging" for an indica pheno ordered as such from them, or your interpretation of a pheno you grew from what they generally call sativa? if former, I am interested. If latter, it's way beyond my plant count to be growing varieties like that just to try to find a more indica like pheno. Good on ya for having the diligence to do so!
