250w Hps closet-grow

Hello Icmag people! I've been reading here for quite some time but never took the time to make an account. But there's a time for everything, now I need some advice.

I have three plants in my closet, there are two Damnseia, AMSxDamnseia cross. And one bagseed, who I think is a male. They are about 6-7 weeks old. I just switched to 12/12 and switched from veg-nutrients to my flower ones. They are fed like 2.5/3 ml per liter. And recently I had to go away over the holidays my friend was over once a week just to give them water. They survived and felt better the second I got home again.

So, here's the first Damnesia plant. It seems to be doing just fine, this is the best one and it's under some LSTing right now. Just to fill out the space and get a few more tops. I've topped it a few times earlier.


Here's the second one, now this is quite interesting I think. It's also a damnesia seed and I got both seeds in the same delivery but something went seriously wrong with this one. Leafs don't develop properly and it looks like the plant is shrinking. Although it's growing quite well. Better then in the beginning.

The shelf of the seed was stuck on the first pair of leafs so after a few days i had to remove it. This was done very delicately and I hope it's not whats causing this plant to go bananas on me. Anyway, here's some pictures.

Since I can't post more then 5 images this has to go in a second post, so here's the bagseed plant, it's going ok. Growing pretty good even though it's a bit of a squeeze to fit 3 plants in the closet. But I think this one's a male. Since this is my first grow I would love some comments on this. I've tried my best with the photos.


Here's my lamp hanging on some easy rolls and my ventilation system, 99m3/h. Temps around 28-29c

Any tips is highly appreciated, happy growing everyone!

Since my grow space is so small I'm thinking about throwing the weird growing one out. What do you think about that? How will it affect my yield? I'm thinking that the healthy plant will use the extra space and I'll probably get the about the same yield. If not better. And if the bagseed one turns out to be a male, it's out too for sure.

Hey Kush nice grow man!! I'm currently starting my third grow about to use a new set up but my first two grows I used a speakerbox with cfl lighting. In the first I tried 2 plants and in the second I used just 1 and got better results with just 1. Of course you have better lighting but I would run the two you think are girls they were from seed and could be two different phenos of that strain. I hope you don't mind if I pull up a chair for this one.

Hi everyone! The bagseed one turned out to be a male, to bad. Threw it out with the weak damnesia. Now I have more space and I'm pretty sure it was a good plan to remove it.

Here's some pictures of the last one in action, tied down some more branches and I got tons of new growth starting in the middle.

I'll suggest you not to keep the water inside the grow room, it might grow some algae.

Hi everyone, I'm back with a small update. A bunch of "preflowers" are showing and things are going as they should. I did get some algea in my water actually so that's removed from the growing area now. Thanks for the tip.

I have been tying it down and trying to get an even canopy and I'm on the right track. Waiting on all the new growth.. Anyways here's a picture, I know that's the interesting part I will take some photos outside the grow space soon.

I am also very curious, hoping for as much as possible since this have to last me a while. 1g/w is the ultimate goal right? Not sure I will be able to grow during the summer cause of the temperatures. But maybe a quick one before the temps will rise to high.
I took a clone from this one maybe two weeks ago, looks like it's rooting and recovering. I have to buy some veg lights to place that poor thing under, now it's just on the window shed.

Anyone got any experience with this strain? If so please speak up, it seems like it's kind of a new strain since I cant find any info about it other then on greenhouseseeds website.

Thank you I'm thinking of transplanting it into a bigger container, now it's 12 liters, is it necessary with a bigger one? It's only this one plant so I can definitely fit like a 18-20l container. Don't know where to acquire those but I'm sure it will solve itself, I'll have to take a look in the local garbage room, hehe.

Today's the 24th day since the switch, and I thought it was time for an update. Things are really starting to happen as you will see..

I also got a clone, I took it before i switched it to flower, but since I aint got no space for a veg-room I had to put it in there in order for it to get any light at all. I know it's not ideal to put clones in 12/12 but whatever, I'll reveg it or something when the big one's finished.

Hey ya'll, hope all is well and that you all enjoy this update

I've been seeing some of the older fanleaves loosing their green colour, i guess it might be cause of the reduced sunlight but something could have gone wrong with my nutrients since it's my first time. I wasn't sure so I flushed it in the shower today and gave it water afterwards. Seems fine to me a few hours later, hope the plant likes this.

Not sure if I'm going to continue with the nutrients or go with water til the end. It's like a month left I think. Any thoughts? And any weight guesses?

That controlled height of the canopy is very well done. You have my attention.
It won't be an illusion to look at if the buds will look thick and potent.

it sounds like the plant is hungry if she is yellowing from the bottom up...if shes a month out, Id feed that sucker, at least one more time before just giving plain water/starting your flush....shes telling you shes hungry is my guess. looking good...good luck.

Hey, glad to see some replies. I will definitely continue with my feeding schedule and when it's two weeks I'll give it straight water. But I think the yellowing might come from some nutrient deficiency, magnesium? That's why I gave it a good flushing, so that any bad salts or whatever that's been building up in my soil is bye bye for now.
