Sorry I can't help you with your question but this thread might do better in the growing in coco coir forum.

Looks like a bit of potassium burn on the edges but the stripes look like ozone damages or liquid burn from being wet when the lights on. Flush your coco as there might be a buildup of salts. Are you in flower ? If so are you using any bloom boosters / stimulators ?

The localization of the issue, and the way in crosses the veins, indicates to me that this is not a nutrient deficiency but a result of some form of physical damage. Possibly from spillage, pest, or grower induced. If it is elemental then it's a fairly unique display of some kind of micronutrient shortage. Molybdenum is the only one I can think of in high enough need to cause any kind of splotchiness, but that's super unlikely. Ozone sounds good...

Could it be from forbid spray that was mixed too strong?
I am not flowering yet. About 2 weeks away.

What was the cause of the use of forbid?
What kind of pests did you have?
Also, you could cut back about 1/3 on your ec and lower your ph to 5.5

might be phos def caused from too much N or ph too high. but the uniform nature leads me to believe it's a light burn from some moisture staying on the leaves too long. these leaves. do they ever touch a wall?
