Whenever I see roots like that, I can't help but think that they would taste great with a good vinaegrette.

The roots of the plant last in the tubes are hanging out the end into the rez now.
The smell is more pleasant than any other grow I've done. It really makes me wonder how much is from the strain and how much has to do with different grow environments. This grow is much cooler and much more humid than any other I've done.

It's doing real well. Thanks for asking. I went away for 7 day with no one watching the plants and they did alright. No issues other than about 2 g's of one bud getting totally crispy. I started cutting things down yesterday. Today makes 8 weeks of 12/12. They look ready to me. I don't like super strong weed anyways, so I usually don't wait till 9 or 10 weeks.

I made a couple videos too, but have yet to upload them. I'm busy trimming and worrying about my sick baby back on the east coast. Wife and babe should have been home today, but baby is sick and can't fly for a while.

My guess is between 6-8 oz. But yeah... it's just a guess. Pretty sure it will be in that range. Maybe 10, no way less than 5. If I were to average my range it would be around 8. So I guess that's my guess, or something.
Will let you guys know when I know. The dense buds are pretty dense, the fluffy buds are quite fluffy. Both comparable to hid buds I've grown, only difference is 'where' the fluff begins. The LED's don't have the penetration of HID's as most of you know. But the buds close to the light remind me a lot of HID buds. Maybe not the stuff I grew with a 1000w hps, but reminds me of the stuff I grew with a 400w.

your weight may also be a little affected if the cultivar in question was cut down early. did you check out the trichs to see what ratio of amber / cloudy / clear was there?

I checked a couple trichs. Looked like a few were amber, and that's good for me. Like I said before (i think I said it) I don't like super strong weed so taking it a 'bit' early is where I like it.
Thanks man. I quick dried a bud last night and woke up really high. I remember being a bit dizzy last night before bed. I think the stuff might be killer! Will give an honest report when things dry a bit more normally, get a tiny cure.

haha, too stoned to post. Nah, things have just been busy. I think 15% is dry and in a jar, maybe 20% still left on the plant, while the other 65% is drying in a rack/ hanging. I think the yeild is going to be good... maybe 9 oz? Going by g/w I just have to get 8 oz or so to match my best number.
The taste of the herb is super amazing. I don't think it can just be down to strain. Not sure if it was the lower temps, the higher humidity, or the light... but the taste is the best I've ever done. Noticably better. The nugs are all pretty dense too. Not rocks or anything, but it's all solid. Even the teeny tiny buds aren't airy... just tiny haha.
I guess the early returns for opinion of the lights is I really like the quality they produce. The buds are smaller than I'm used to with a big 1000w. The yeild seems on point, which I think would be even better if I didn't overgrow the hell out the girls. Oh, and my electricity bill is was less. Overall I approve of the lights. ANd I might be dancing in the streets if the weight is there.

That was a very nice grow Jig. Lookin forward to the final report. I get a little frustrated reading peoples threads sometimes as they abandon them half way through. Also seems a lot of people fail half way through. So it is real nice to see a well done grow from start to finish. I wouldn't mind you checkin in my thread an droppin a little advice once in a while. Enjoy the fruits of your labor!

nice thread jig ..been hearing a lot bout those leds lately looks like they produce pretty nice buds for head stash, better on the temps and efficient sounds good to me. Like you said though they don't really swell up as much as the HID's but hey cant hsve everything right? 
Thanks tleaf jr. I'm liking these LED's a lot. Here's some pictures. I wish you guys could try some. I'm really impressed with the taste and high so far. Not even much cure. I can't wait to get a second opinion. It's easy to have a skewed view of ones own weed, at least it is for me.

I'd been talking to people and they were telling me I can step up my drying/ curing game. So I'm attempting in a few different ways, see what works for me. I think I trimmed dry one time, but can't remember. Hopefully it doesn't suck too bad.
