So I'm using Firefox on Ubuntu 12.O4 and the other day I could get in fine as long as I disabled protection and allowed flash. After I updated everything and restarted all I get is a dark space where the chat should be loading. Any help? I'm rather new to Ubuntu and usually use Win7 so any help would be appreciated

You lost me at Ubuntu but on windows there is a small shield next to the url bar or whatever and you gotta allow/accept the chat page.

with firefox you need to click on chat .. then click on "main chat room" .. then go to upper left hand corner of your screen where the lock on your URL bar is ... click next to the lock... then click the arrow next to the drop down where it says "disable protection on this page" then click up by the url again and choose "block plugin" then "refresh" then choose "allow and remember" ..,.wait a few moments ... welcome to chat :)

I get this same problem with Chrome. It seems to be an issue with the internet connection. I have noticed that slower connections have trouble getting into chat. The flash for some reason takes up a lot of bandwidth when it connects but after that its fine. I can't do anything internet related while I log into chat or else I just get a green chat that won't load. I am getting high speed FIOS with a pretty sick speed(75mbps d/l, right now I have a 3mbps d/l)) and see if that makes a difference.
