The Judge assigned(Justice Michael Manson) is unable to hear the motion due to his schedule over the next 40 days so he is getting us information tomorrow about another judges availability. Looks like it will be heard between March 10th and 20th and hopefully closer to the 10th.

I am in a trial tomorrow all day so will post when I know the situation together with the schedule.

We will file our materials that the Crown already has had with the returnable date on Friday and will post to the webpage the motion, affidavits in support and the notice of constitutional question.

The Crowns materials are due to me by the 10th but I expect most by the 7th.

Any cross examinations to be complete by the 21st.

More details tomorrow evening or Friday.
