Looking for a photo program

Hello fellow techies - question for you all.

I am looking for either a program or a script that will scrub EXIF data off of my photos. I dont trust google to give me something that will work like I want so I figured I would turn to the community.

For those that dont know what EXIF data is - read this, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exchangeable_image_file_format

windows user? right click on the picture erase personal details(exif) eziest way(my opinion)

or export picture via lightroom(much cheaper than photoshop) without any details.
Lightroom is about 89€ and much simpler to use than photoshop, easy step through(my opinion)
