Plant won't finish!

I have a least 5 grows under my belt and this is a new one.

Started four plants in a 2.5' * 2.5' area under my DIY LED lamp. All were from the same seed stock (mine).

Three of the plants I harvested on time 6 weeks ago! The fourth one is STILL producing white pistils and looks to not be finished for another 4 weeks.

Normally I would not mind as she is still packing on weight and is the fattest single cola I have yet to grow, but my new batch of ladies is more than ready for flower and I have no more room for veg.

The new plants are from expensive feminized seeds, so you can see my dilemma.

Guess I will have to give the old girl the chop!

I would wait long as possible if all from same strain u just gotba totaly diff. Pheno ........thats a good thing in my opinion......what strain is it ??? Peace n chicken grease

Some strains will continue to throw new pistils even though they're ready for chop. I'd advise checking the trichomes, especially since its been 6 weeks since you chopped the others.

One of my phenos of Karma's Anonymous did this, took her at ~30% amber trich, but the tips of all the colas were throwing out new pistils and made the bud looks kinda like the Grinch's head... fat on the bottom and comes into a long skinny point (of new pistils). No pics, unfortunately.

She is a Northern Lights * Big Bud * ?

The cola is about 18" long (goes to the bottom of the photo) and is almost 4" in diameter.

Trichomes are about 95% clear as checked at bottom/mid/top of plant.

I see that it is time for a new reflector on the left wall.

And yes, she is falling over due to the massive weight.

What's the strain? Northern Lights x Big Bud ? I have grown nl x bb from wos and it was always ready at 8 weeks, sometimes sooner. Is it hot where it's growing?

Sounds like she was stalled at some point.
That will stretch the Harvey date out.

^ Different phenos react differently. My very first grow, I grew out 2 bagseed plants in 100-105f temps. One finished at 11 weeks, the other finished at 16 weeks...

Had clones of both. Installed a proper fan and ran 'em again and they both finished in 8-9 weeks.

Interesting.

My plants are about 82-86 during the day and 10 degrees cooler at night. Hard to put a bigger/more powerful fan in my tiny and cramped nook. It is a far from ideal grow space, but it keep me supplied with enough for me with some extra to share.
